Please know that we will absolutely NOT do anything to cause harm to your baby. We do our best to make sure that they are safe, as well as ourselves. If your baby can't handle the grooming process, we will recommend that you talk to your veterinarian. There is NO explanation that will satisfy us as to why any animal would perish in a groomer's care.
