Smooch also smoked a run in the poles to run her new fast time of a 21.3 to place second! Her weave is dialed in and she’s getting more confident each run she makes! Shes going to be a force to recon with in the poles this season for high school rodeo!
I’ve always loved running poles and am glad we have had so many producers putting them on! It worked out perfectly to get this mare some pole runs under her belt these last couple months!

Ms Smooch placed in the 2D average this weekend at Chasing Dreams! She won a beautiful cuff bracelet! And improved her second go time by .4!
A down barrel yesterday to take us out of the average but glad our 3rd barrel has been coming around strong!
I have officially raced at my first American Qualifier. We gave it our best shot and dispite our efforts we didn’t make top3. I’m still incredibly proud of this mares try and know we have a few things to still work out. Congratulations to those that did qualify today!

This mare hunts her 1st barrel and has a cool style to her. Shes been working awesome! It’s a rare occurrence to have my reins end up on the wrong side but she handled it like a champ!

My first pole run on Ms Smooch and I decided I liked her better to the right! It worked out to be a great decision and she’s only getting better with each run she makes. Not sure how long it’s been since her last pole run but I’d say she didn’t miss a beat!
Her owners have a really awesome line up for the poles this coming High School Rodeo Season! Can’t wait to see what they get done over in UT! I’m excited!
