Congratulations, Eddie Kiser, on your incredible black bear! This is truly a once-in-a-lifetime achievement, and we are honored to share this experience with you. Eddie successfully harvested this magnificent bear over two miles deep in the woods. Unfortunately, he was unable to get an accurate weight while packing it out, but we estimate it to be between 650 and 700 pounds. This bear must have been quite old—just look at those worn teeth! Hunted Dreams Taxidermy will be creating a floor pedestal and a euro mount for Eddie. Stay tuned, as we’ll share finished photos in late summer when he gets to see this impressive trophy again!

Deer hunters, This stuff is amazing! The pre orbital and doe estus has done its job with these local bucks! All these are either different deer or different days. All are coming to my scrap. One even layed in it for a while. Soon they will be in daylight. Dont wait until its too late. Get them checking your scraps now so they come back during the full swing of the rut and you get to harvest yours!

Weird looking fox for the first day😂,definitely not what I expected but that was a awesome experience. They circled then rushed us and got between us and the caller which was at 20 yards. Almost had a double.then while I’m out night hunting I get this picture of a buck laying in my scrap. He came in and smelled the lure we put there and layed down for a few hours.

Hunting season is here! I put together a little bit of what we are up to today! Mounting some skulls on plaques, sealing a bear jaw set, setting a pheasant tail, received coyote eyes from McKenzie Taxidermy Supply ,and washed,conditioned,and fluff drying a fox! Hopefully everyone enjoys a little of our fun. Good luck out there and give us a shout when your successful!

Good luck to all the bear hunters heading out for the muzzleloader season this week! If you get a bear and want it mounted make sure you skin it like a deer cape or dorsal cut. DO NOT CUT UP AND ACROSS THE CHEST TO SKIN THE FRONT LEGS.

Derek has been helping me around the shop since about the beginning. He doesn’t get to spend a lot of time with us but when he does everyone is laughing and having fun while he is here.

ATTENTION
We now have in stock IMMA ready deer urines and Mike Wojtach lures. Give us a shout to stop in and get yours. This stuff is the extra persuasion you need to get the job done this season. I know some of my followers use these products and have pictures/videos of it working so if you do please post it in the comments. We are excited to announce that we are seeking our next apprentice! As hunting season approaches, we are eager to train a new member to join the Hunted Dreams Taxidermy team. This is a fantastic opportunity to immerse yourself in a community centered around hunting and fishing. If you have an interest or some experience in any aspect of our craft, we encourage you to consider joining us.

Please note that this apprenticeship is an unpaid position and offers flexible hours. The more effort you invest and the quicker you learn, the sooner we can bring you on as a paid team member. We are looking for individuals to fill various roles in the shop, so finding where you best fit within our needs is essential.

If you have any prior experience in skinning and fleshing, painting, molding, sculpting, finish carpentry, floral design, general crafts, or even skills in business development, marketing, sales, business management, and advertising, we would love to hear from you. Each of these skills could greatly benefit our company.

It’s time to take the field for the junior pheasant hunt!

This special opportunity is open to all junior hunters and mentored hunters of any age, starting today through Saturday, October 19. All junior hunters must be accompanied by law.

As a reminder, all hunters must also possess a pheasant hunting permit, but it is FREE to all junior and mentored hunters! These permits can be obtained online at huntfish.pa.gov or at any in-person licensing agent [ MAP: https://bit.ly/43lds64].

Although pheasants may be hunted statewide, the Game Commission has stocked about 15,000 pheasants at specific locations prior to the start of the junior pheasant hunt. You can learn more about these locations at: https://bit.ly/4dmY4ug.

Hello everyone! I wanted to take a minute to introduce Collin Miller. He has been helping me here in the shop the last 6 months or so and is now our first full-time employee here at Hunted Dreams Taxidermy LLC. Collin loves fishing and enjoys hunting just as much. He has been learning quickly helping out as an apprentice and will now be here full-time to help with any of your harvests as they come in and out of the shop.
You will also see Derek in the video. He is a staple around the shop,He is always popping in when he can to help and learn.
I do my best to teach them what a quality mount has to be to leave our shop so we can give you a great product while keeping our turn around at around a year. Thank you to all my customers and cant wait to see what this year brings!

Great day for this young man! First buck in the shop this year. Here is last years euro he had done by us and Saturdays buck he brought in to the shop today for a shoulder mount. Awesome job! And here we go! Season is here!
