This is our little warrior, Coral. She was found on the streets of El Centro in April 2023 with her kittens. She was just a baby herself, and East County Animal Rescue took them in. The day after her rescue, she suffered a small fracture in her lower back, and nobody knows exactly what caused it. Her kittens found homes, and she had to be on strict cage rest for several months to regain strength and mobility of her hind legs. Several people played a role in getting her to where she is today. Thank you to all of you who took such great care of her throughout the most difficult times. I can’t thank you enough for bringing her into our lives ❤️
