It's a CELEBRATION! 11-year-old best boi Buster found his person! Buster has been on quite a journey to reach this next chapter. Buster arrived at HSP in 2015 and was quickly adopted. He was found as a stray in January of this year and returned to us. He tested positive for heartworm. The treatment is hard on most dogs but seniors especially. But he came through it with flying colors. He was adopted in Feb. Due to financial issues, his owner had to surrender him back to us at the end of June. But we never gave up on finding Buster a new family. He served as an ambassador at events, he made tv and radio appearances, helping the shelter while he patiently waited for a home. This past Sunday, he found it! Join us in wishing Buster a very HAPPY TAILS and a happy life in his golden years.
