Please check your pets at least 48 hours prior to groom for fleas. Moderate, extreme, or severely infested pets will be sent home since I do not treat extreme cases. I will only continue grooming mild cases.
Use a flea comb or fine tooth comb to search for fleas. Common areas which you can see them is the belly, chest, private areas, or the base of your pets tail. Flea dirt looks like black specks that turns red when wet. If you notice flea dirt but see no fleas. Please treat your pets 48 hours prior to appointment. Also, dogs that have fleas can develop worms from ingesting fleas while chewing on themselves to relieve itching, especially if your pet has a infestation.
I do not administer flea medications but I do flea baths if necessary. I do not do them upon request only if they're discovered during the grooming process to avoid infestation in my salon and to other pets. Depending on the size of your pet a $15-$25 fee will be applied to the groom. The flea treatment takes additional 30 mins to every pets groom and requires deep cleaning and treating the entire salon once they're discovered.
Thank you for your understanding. I appreciate you all π₯° for their flea bath I use nature specialties neem and citrus shampoos if you would like to check ingredients encase your pet has allergies.
