We purchased our first Lowline heifer in 1998 after researching breeds of cattle with potential for herd growth on small acreage, even temperaments and quality beef. Our gratifying investment in 1998 developed into a rewarding hobby for our entire family and now, a flourishing part time business. I participate in many of the local and national fairs, showing my cattle. My nieces and nephews of al
l ages have the opportunity to work with the cattle and showing them at fairs since the cattle are a smaller breed and easy to handle. I have enjoyed meeting many people at the National Cattle Convention in Denver, CO that I participate in each year. This week long exposure allows me to educate myself on how to breed better cattle as well as make connections with other cattle owners or people who may be interested in joining our cattle family. I look forward to building more relationships in the cattle industry. Please feel free to contact me with questions or help on building a hobby of your own. ~Dennis Boldt and Family
