I always get compliments on how bright my lights are when we’re tracking and questions on what I use, well here it is! Hand’s down the best headlamps money can buy! I have put the older ones through hell in the thick brush and in the woods and dropped it countless times lol. The top one is just a white light but the new one is a red/white combo with an adjustable beam and dimmer switch! 10/10 recommend you head over to NightSnipe Predator Hunting and pick one up!

Huge thanks to everyone who has invited people to follow our page and thanks to everyone who has followed us in the last two days! Went from 1,123 to 2,103 followers in two days! You guys are awesome!😎 The more people that follow the more people we can help try and recover deer for, and if we can’t help I have a solid list of tracking teams that i stay in touch with that can! A little recap and update on the biggest buck we found this year! The final score is in at a solid 146 1/8” studd Lapeer County buck! Huge congrats again to Justin Jones and thanks for using me and Cash! Happy we could help your recover your buck!!

We would like to wish everyone a happy new year! Also would like to thank everyone who used me and Cash this year it was an awesome season! Cash progressed tremendously this year way beyond where I thought we would be! Not sure on the recovery numbers as I quit keeping track. But here are a handful of picturesfrom this season! Good luck to everyone hitting the woods tomorrow morning for the gun opener! Me and Cash won’t be available til tomorrow after dark due to myself getting some time in the woods! If you need help and I’m not available I can refer you to a few other trackers. With that being said make sure you have full permission to track on bordering properties (which may be tough tomorrow) Shoot straight and be safe!😎

These are the type’s of text messages I like to get to let me know I am correct and I have a good read on how Cash acts on a track! Unfortunate he couldn’t recover his buck but atleast he’s still out there! We aren’t always correct but i try my best to read my dog and the blood that we do see when there is some blood. I know I’ve been wrong atleast twice this year confirmed but none of us are 100% but we try our best!

Another one for Cash man😎 This is one of those shots that’s super tough and the odds are usually fairly low but every once in a while the outcome is good! That was the case with this one and Cash made quick work of it! Thanks Michael for giving us a call, and congrats on an awesome buck!

Well last night was an interesting one lol. I showed up after this buck had been jumped and apparently only went another 20 yards and bedded down. So we went In not expecting to track but more so to dispatch the deer because me being registered through the MI DNR allows the hunter to dispatch the animal with the weapon of season after dark as long as they’re with me. We used a thermal scanner went in and the buck was not where he had been last seen beded again. So Cash was actually needed. Cash took us straight to the neighboring property where we had to get permission and the buck was beded just in the neighbors property. After getting permission we went back in and the buck had moved beds. Cash got put down again til we came up on the bedded for the follow up shot. The buck took off another 100 yards and Cash took us right to where he went in the water and decided to go for a swim lol. He expired in the swamp and I waded out there and pulled him to shore, congrats Kim on an awesome buck!🤘🏻

To everyone that called me tonight thank you for getting ahold of me and sorry I couldn’t get out to most of you because my night booked up fast and our second track of the night turned out to be a long one (story and pics to come in the AM) All trackers tonight were swamped with calls. With the rut about to be kicking it into full swing here’s a few pics to refer to and alway remember when in doubt back out, try not to push the deer! I can’t stress that enough. If you’re in doubt grab your arrow or bolt and mark the shot site and back out with colder temps your deer will be fine over night. If you believe you need a dog call someone asap to get on their schedule because now will be the busiest time or year for handlers and their dogs. Just to touch on another thing for those using these crazy fast shooting crossbows invest in lighted knocks to help see where your point of impact is and to locate the bolt afterwards. It also helps both of us better understand where you hit also! With all that being said good luck to everyone and shoot straight in the next couple weeks as action picks up!🏹🦌 I’m always available to answer my phone 24/7 if you have any questions about your shot situation!

Huge congrats to Blake on his first deer and buck ever it was also with a bow! We went into this one with the thought of a shoulder shot with possibly a one lung hit. Buck had been bumped atleast 2 times maybe 3 Cash took us the whole way to their last known blood where they lost blood. Within 100-150 yards from there last blood me and Cash jumped the buck and he charged us but I acted quickly grabbed the dog and high tailed it to cover. The buck went back to the corn crashed with 20 yards of us and stayed put with enough time for the hunter to get another shot off to put him down. A short 15 yards from 2nd shot the deer was down. This is one I will never forget and neither will the hunter! Cash did an awesome job today couldn’t be anymore proud of him!

Congrats to my dad Terry Childers on an awesome buck thanks for letting me work Cash on a nice easy track! He needed this easy one after this weekend, found out we left our first deer in woods that was confirmed. We stopped just 20 yards from the buck after dark and I had no idea. Cash is advancing faster than I can keep up with so it was handler error on my part. But we’re still working and making corrections with the info I’m taking in. So far it’s been a great start to deer season far better than I expected. Still don’t hesitate to call on those confirmed kills they help make up for the ones that we can’t get! All of them help advance my skills as a handler and Cash’s skills tracking which he’s advancing faster than I can keep up with lol. All confirmed kill tracks will be free of charge and will get you a discount in the future when you do actually need us!

Well another good morning in the woods with Cash with another recovery. Shot last night at 6-6:30pm and found him this morning 17 hours later around 10:30am still alive so a follow up shot was needed. The hunter lost all blood about 120 yards in and Cash took it the rest of the way and we found him 300+ yards from the shot site! The shot was through the left shoulder passed through and camera out 3” behind the opposite shoulder taking out both lungs and knocked the liver. How this deer made it this long goes to show you how tough these animals are absolutely mind blowing! Today I learned to just trust Cash instead of trying to correct him, have to keep pounding that in my own head. The learning curve has been tough but I’m figuring it out! Congrats Austin on an awesome buck!

‼️BIG BUCK DOWN‼️
This is a track I’ll never forget! When in doubt back out this is a prime example of the outcome of backing out! Shot last night with a long bow at that! And bumped just checking for blood. The buck ran into a super thick small section we went in this morning tracked to last blood figured out where he went in and free cast cash cause on lead it was way too thick and in no time Cash found him! I was in absolute shock cause the hunter did not know it was this big I thought it was just a wide 4-6 point lol. Congrats Justin on a buck of a lifetime especially with traditional equipment!! And thanks for using me and Cash!!!

Well another one for Cash from what I could tell from the bolt it was a good shot with lung blood but with all the rain this morning no blood for the hunter to track so he called us! I’m not gonna lie he struggled bad at the shot site. I took him away from the shot site in the direction he said all the deer ran went to start making a big circle along the tree line in this grassy meadow and not 15 yards into our walk Cash cut into the woods I looked down and blood everywhere! A short 15-20 yards in the woods laid the buck! As you can tell from the shot it was a great shot but almost impossible to track as a hunter without any blood. Having a young dog can be a pain sometimes lol. Did what I could to try and help him figure it out and it worked! Congrats Kenny! Thanks for using me and Cash!

Well took my first deer of the season mainly for Cash to track and let me tell you he absolutely killed it in the steady rain! Big ole granny doe, absolutely no idea how she made it 250 yards with the shot I made but Cash made it 250 yards in a little over 5 minutes😳 That’s fast for them short little legs! He was damn near dragging me the whole time, even had a nice spot in the track where she doubled back and then headed back in the direction she was originally headed and he made it look easy! So proud of this little dude!

Well the 2023 Michigan bow season opens Sunday! Me and Cash will be available most week days in the afternoons and after dark! Also most weekend’s Saturday’s and Sunday’s! Some Saturday’s may only be afternoon and night availability depending on my work schedule, either way if I can’t make it I can always recommend someone else! Nice rewarding confirmed kill track for Cash last night! Doe went a little over 100 yards through the beans before piling up. Cash struggled navigating through the beans but once we got out of the 3’ tall beans he made quick work of this one! Thanks Cam for letting me run my dog!

This weekend for the early doe will be free of charge but I will stay local for that. Even if you have a known confirmed good shot or confirmed kill with an undisturbed track I will stilll show up as those are good tracks to reward Cash! We won’t be available til Saturday afternoon and will be available all night and Sunday!

Me and Cash will be available to track this weekend for the Liberty/Youth hunt this starting Saturday evening! Yes still free of charge! Also there are new rules and regulations for the 2023 season when it comes to tracking. All trackers must be registered through the MI DNR to track. So with that being said I am now registered through the DNR, and have to report every track with the hunters license info and location of the track. Also the hunter may dispatch the deer day or night. That info will also be reported. Below is a copy of that information. If you have any questions feel free to ask! Looking forward to this season and helping everyone out!

So I keep getting the same question over and over, what will I be charging to track. For the 2023 season the Youth and early doe will be free of charge but I will stay local for that. Once archery season starts I will only be charging gas money, tips are always welcome too. If you have a known confirmed good shot or confirmed kill with an undisturbed track I will come for free as those are good tracks to reward the dog as often times a majority of the tracks we go on are non fatal shots (in my personal opinion). With calling me on a confirmed good shot and known kills I will discount your track in the future! Thanks again looking forward to the 2023 season!😎
