We DO NOT allow pets. WE DO NOT RENT to couples, and sorry but no kids..Our tenants are all 40 +yrs of age and you should be too or at least in ya mid 30's. You are welcome to have limited visitor's but no LONG TERM GUESTS. You have full access to kitchen, laundry and Storage facility's. Your rent includes all of the above as well as Digital Cable and Hi speed Internet..

OK... At the end of the month we will have a room for rent here at CheapHouse.. Its a small room in the basement perfect for an older working or retired person.. The room is 400 a month.. No pets... No kids... no couples... no bu****it... No drugs.. and NO DRUNKS... Rent is due on the 1st... NO PARTIES. NO LONG TERM OVERNIGHT GUESTS..IF you are neat freak.. or high maintenance THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU..We do not provide rides.. so you should have that worked out for ya self....INCOME is a must... if you ain't working.. or getting a check of some type you need not apply...
