Both parents point hard naturally, and have tons of drive and desire to please. Both Mickey and Nala made the finals at NUCS Nationals this past March which is no small feat as the competition and grind of that event is unmatched anywhere else.

Star will be having puppies in two weeks. All colors are possible!

Both parents have been successful in the trial game as well as in the wild bird fields. They both have an amazing on/off switch and are amazing with our young children, proof in the pictures, lol.

Nala was introduced to birds today, I couldn't be happier. I didn't have my phone for the chase when the bird could still run. This girl has a bright future ahead of her!! Etringer's Versatile Labs #dtsystems

Pryce, owned by David Brodersen is doing great in the duck blind this season. 150 yard retrieve on the Mississippi river this morning at just 12 months old. Pup is honoring retrieves as well, he plans to run hunt tests come spring. Congrats to all, and look forward to more updates.

Didn't have my phone out for the whole chase, but this was how Mickey took to his first wing clipped bird tonight. Full retrieve to hand as well.

This makes us beyond happy. This is Max getting his first big workout since surgery. Max had a complete ACL repair in May, and he is now released to be himself again. Which is awesome, I don't know who 3 months of crate rest was harder on, him or me.

We haven't spent near enough time training this summer, but this is only her 3rd time in the water. For a 7 month old pup who has accomplished so much in the upland fields, I think she is doing great on her retriever training as well. She is completing doubles in the field with no issues at all. Well we decided to do a little training after the youth event. I think Mickey is going to be a fun dog to train😊😊😊😎😎😎. He retrieved this quail TO HAND 9 times before I decided he needed to get out of the heat. Did I mention he's only been here a week, and I have been out of town since Saturday?
