Hello! We hope this post finds everyone staying warm and safe on these cold and snowy days. It may be a bit late, but we wanted to share a reminder about our winter safety policies.
In the case of a:
Level 1 - Open as usual.
Level 2 - Please call before you come.
Level 3 - Closed for the safety of our staff and patients/clients.
Please stay safe out there!

Happy Holidays, from Harvey the clinic cat and all of the staff at Stevelt's Veterinary Clinic! 🐾🎄

Our holiday hours this year will be as follows:

-Monday December 25th - Closed -
-Tuesday December 26th to Saturday December 30th - Normal business hours -
-Monday January 1st - Closed -
-Tuesday January 2nd - There will be a staff member present from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., but there will not be a veterinarian available this day -
-Wednesday January 3rd - Hours resume as normal -

We all love our pets, and it’s important to be aware of holiday hazards that would be dangerous to their health. Talk to your guests about not feeding your pets things they might not be aware are dangerous, and help keep your pets healthy this Thanksgiving!

Thursday 11/23/23 - Closed -
Friday 11/24/23 - Closed -
Saturday 11/25/23 - 9:00 a.m. -Noon, a staff member will be here but no veterinarian will be available
Monday 11/27/23 - Hours resume as usual (9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.)

We are currently having phone troubles. One of our two phone lines is down, and they cannot come to repair it until Thursday. With only one functioning line and a very high daily call volume, our phone is ringing busy for extended periods of time. Please know that we are here, and we're hoping the problem will be fixed ASAP. Also, please note that we do NOT use Facebook Messenger as a means of communication, so please do not try to contact us online. Thank you for your patience!

Tomorrow, Monday January 17th, we are having a delayed start and hoping to open at 12:30 p.m. due to the snowstorm. ☃️ Our winter protocol is as follows:
Level 1 - Open
Level 2 - Please call before coming to see if we're open
Level 3 - Closed

Friday December 24th & Saturday December 25th: Closed

Friday December 31st: 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Saturday November 1st: Closed

All other days will follow our normal business hours.
