If leaving your dog at home:
🏠 crate and in an enclosed room

If staying home with your dog:
🛋️ Take them out to potty ON LEASH for the next few weeks. Even during the day.

If taking your dog:
🏝️ NO OFF LEASH ACTIVITIES (fireworks happen 24/7 this time of year) and use a slip lead and/or a properly fit martingale collar

If you lost your dog:
🧨 Don’t Panic
🎇 Stay in one place, do not chase!
🎆 DON’T call out.
🧨 Call Babs.

If you found a dog:
🐾 Running on the street: DO NOT engage. Text Babs a description and direction of travel
🐾 In your yard or in your possession: Bring the dog INSIDE (garage, bathroom, spare room, crate). It WILL get out of your yard. Promise.
🐾 In your car: Tie the dog to the seat before opening the door again. You can use a standard leash, take the metal end and pull it through the handle to make a loop. Put the loop over its head and use the metal clip to attach to the seat.

Please help The Animal Pad save these dogs that were taken advantage of, used for profit, suffered great physical and emotional neglect.

They need donations and foster/adoptive homes.

We are in an urgent crisis, and we need your help. Our rescuers are currently trying save over 400 dogs down in Ensenada from such horrifying conditions, it’s beyond words. These dogs are in desperate need of medical attention, basic care, and a foster home to recover in. We are in critical need of fosters, funds to cover the medical care of these dogs who have suffered far too long, and supply donations such as dog food, bowls, and slip leads.
