Prior to submitting a Transport Request form a phone orientation is required. This is recommended to go over what is involved, allowed and required from the rescue organization.

Note: Requests are accepted within the continental U.S. Nonstop routes are preferred but we understand some destinations are remote. We can work with you on the best route possible. $125 Pet Fare is required with Southwest Airlines.

Please ensure that all Transport Coordinator(s) and volunteers on your team are aware of the Policies and Procedures for a successful transport. Please share the website if you have new volunteers come onboard when a transport is scheduled.

It is the responsibility of the organization to comply with local, state, and federal guidelines, registration, regulations, and requirements. It is the responsibility of the organization to ensure the animal is temperamentally fit to fly and not a flight risk.

He gets along well with other dogs when introduced slowly and with time. He loves to run, play and look outside any window. "
