… pssst …pssst …pssst our ears be ringing from all the Pali gossip.

Many in the community try to compare our dog program to other services, day cares , and themselves. Observing us for less the 3 minutes does not scratch the surface of our dog program. Walking pass by and claiming to understand us is similar to passing by a book and glancing at the cover with the idea of understanding the entire book. That is just ludicrous.

As many clients know, our dog program is fully committed to the long term well being of our pups. It is not build on immediate gratifications. What that means, is that we will not reshuffle our whole schedule and team to cater to one individual. We need to reflect from as many angles as possible to ensure new and current pups are successful.

At the end of the day , we have a clear goal and that goal might be different from somebody else’s goal. That’s okay. We are not for everyone. But for the ones that do understand us , that is who we work hard for every single day.

This little fellow is name Jimmy. About a year ago, Jimmy was living in the streets of south LA. Every now and then, we take a select few dogs that come our way with the hope of improving their over all well being.
-
At this point , Jimmy is in a wonderful overall state and is ready for his own family. He is an older fellow, low maintenance, and gets along with dogs, with the expectation un neutered dogs. He is an easy, simple soul that will bring peace to any home.

Trail work season is now open. The weather is finally cool enough to enjoy the trails. We cannot wait to explore old and new places with all our pups.

Our similarities with other dog programs began and end at at the surface. We all work with dogs , use various equipment, and provide a service.

Where we diverge is on our day to day operation and empathizes on continue improvement to ensure quality control. Our modifications are then merged with our daily routines. Creating a bridge between teaching essential skills and modifying habits promotes a well balance dog. A good dog does not need directives. If the dog does not get excited, it does not additional instructions. Our goal, Better dogs and less directives.
