Meet our Trained Adoptable Pups!

First, we have Wesley  - 9 months old, a delightful Dachshund mix. Energetic, loving, and great with both humans and furry friends!  Ready to bring joy and playfulness into your life.

Second, we have Ford  - 1-2 years old, our charming Pitbull mix. Sweet, food-motivated, and always up for cuddles. Ford is fantastic around other dogs, though her excitement for life is contagious!

Next, we have Sam  - 9 months old, a Malinois and Pit Bull mix. A ball of energy with some impressive training under his belt!  Sam is a social butterfly, getting along well with both canine and human companions.

Fourth, we have Archie - 1.5 year old, border collie mix. Very smart, sweet and playful boy who is always happy to train. Archie enjoys the company of dogs and humans!

Moving on,  we have Borina - 12 year old, working line German Shepherd lady, looking for a quiet retirement home.   

Lastly, we have Rookie - 5 year old, german shepherd doberman mix. He enjoys all people and some dogs after warming up to them.

Happy New Year! LIMITED TIME OFFER!!!

We are thrilled to share some exciting news with you - Canine School of Behavior is expanding! Due to the overwhelming demand, we are proud to announce the upcoming opening of our West LA location! 

To celebrate this milestone, we are now offering in-home assessments with our founder, Allie Parelskin, to new clients who would like to secure the first training spots at our new facility! We are so excited that our boy Pyro has found such an incredible forever home. We take great pride in how hard we work to find the right fit for the dogs that come through facility. Though rescue is not currently the main function of our facility, we have successfully placed 25 dogs into amazing forever homes. More than half of these dogs came to us behavioral issues and most of the dogs have been working breeds. We look forward to expanding our rescue/rehabilitation capacity as our company continues to grow. For now, congratulations to Pyro and Brianna!

We are currently seeking motivated individuals interested in learning the art of dog training. An apprenticeship with our school is an opportunity to develop handling and husbandry skills while simultaneously training along side our head trainers to develop your own skills. This career opportunity offers development in a wide range of training styles and techniques in a fun fast paced environment.

Daily Duties Include:

- Cleaning kennels

- Walking/ breaking dogs in the yard

- Cleaning indoor and outdoor areas

- Completing daily agility for every dog

- Completing required daily education to improve handling skills

- Administering food and medications

Serious inquiries only.

Applicants should be:

- Comfortable with the dirt that comes with the job

- Punctual and reliable

- Able to follow directions quickly and precisely

- Flexible with working hours

- Well-spoken

- Alert and focused at all times

*Reliable transportation is required
