We have some pipping!!! You know what that means
Last night was a great night with Cassidy! She is still very young so she is just getting lightly started. Cassidy is a "2" year old saddlebred filly. We have had her for a year and she was aged around 10 months when we got her but horses turn a year older Jan 1 thus making her a "2" almost "3" year old...we do ground work and work on manners during the time they are unable to be ridden. We don't put an age on when they can be ridden as much as at least two years of age, sometimes three depending on their size and mentality. As fall progresses we will work more and more with getting her comfortable with some light weight saddles, a person's weight, new desensitization things ect.... I'll post some more progress in the comments!
