Grant used to treat every meal like a free for all, and now he holds a calm place and waits for his release before he eats. 🐕

This level of food manners is built one session at a time through consistent dog training, and day 13 is where it all comes together.

This is the last day of the food manners and place work in Grant's 4 Week Board & Train, so you get a peek behind the scenes at what our trainers do every day. 🐾

Eyes up, sitting tall, and totally locked in on his person!

Cabo is at Day 7 of his 2-Week Advanced Board & Train, and this handsome boy is working on greeting manners out on the grass here in Lubbock. In the photo, he sits nicely while people stand close by, which is exactly the kind of calm we love to see. Dogs often greet people with jumping because it has worked for them before, so teaching a polite sit gives them a better way to say hello.

Good greetings make life easier for your family, your friends, and everyone you meet on a walk. Way to go, Cabo! Want dog training in Lubbock, TX for your pup? Give us a call at 806-656-3093 🐾🐶☀️

Happy Wednesday from Maverick!

Day 7 of his 4-Week Elite Board & Train and this handsome boy is already full of personality. Maverick posed by a big pot of orange mums and a little Halloween pumpkin, head tilted, tongue out, and eyes locked on us like he's ready for whatever comes next. 🎃

Here's a fun one: dogs are great at reading our body language, which is why clear, consistent communication matters so much in dog training in Lubbock, TX. Maverick is building off leash reliability, with advanced skills like send away to place, sit in motion, and distance down still to come. Great week, good boy! 🐾 Curious about board and train? Talk about a picture-perfect Down on the grass! 🐾

Gumbo is on day 6 of his 2-Week Behavior Modification Board & Train, and this handsome boy is chilling in the sunshine with his paws out front, gazing off like he owns the park. Down is one of the most useful commands in everyday life. It teaches a dog to settle and relax when things get busy, whether that's at a vet visit, a patio dinner, or when guests come over.

A dog that can lie down and stay calm has a much easier time handling stress, and that's exactly what we're building with Gumbo. 🌿

Dog training in Lubbock, TX, is about real-world practice, and Gumbo is doing great. Good boy, Gumbo! Curious about board and train for your pup? Give us a call at 806-656-3093. 🐶

Who says a metal platform is just for playgrounds? Shadow is using it to show off her Sit!

Shadow is on day 13 of her 2-Week Advanced Board & Train, and this sweet girl is looking up at us with her tongue out and a big smile. "Sit" might seem simple, but it's one of the most useful commands in everyday life. A solid sit gives your dog a polite way to say hello, wait for dinner, and settle while you open the door or clip on the leash. Fun fact: dogs repeat what works, so a sit that gets rewarded becomes a habit fast! 🐾

This young lady is building reliable obedience right here in Lubbock, and we're so proud of her. Looking for dog training in Lubbock, TX? Call 806-656-3093 and let's chat! 😊

WARNING: One very handsome boy has entered training! 🐾

Everyone welcome Gumbo to our 2-Week Behavior Modification Board & Train! This good boy checked in today, Monday, looking sharp in his orange leash and giving us that sweet, curious look. Gumbo is here to work through anxiety, reactivity, or aggression, and we'll help him manage his emotions and make better decisions under stress.

Over the next two weeks, Gumbo will practice come, sit, place, down, and heel in real-world scenarios around Lubbock. Fun fact: dogs learn best when they feel safe, so building confidence is a big part of good behavior. Muzzle conditioning will be used if needed, and 4 follow-up lessons are included. 🐶

Watch how a rescue learns to wait before the car door opens

Abby used to bolt the second the car door opened, and now she waits calmly until she is released.

This level of Pitty mix manners is built one session at a time through consistent dog training and behavior modification.

For a 2-year-old rescue, learning to manage that excitement is real progress, and it keeps her safe around parking lots and busy roads.

Does your dog launch out of the car and you want that to change?

🐾🔥 GREAT TRAINERS NEVER STOP LEARNING! 🔥🐾

What a weekend! 💪🐕 We had the opportunity to attend an incredible training summit this weekend, spending it surrounded by some of the most respected and accomplished trainers from across the country! 🇺🇸

From Michael Ellis, Stephanie Vichinsky, Jay Jack, Omar Von Muller, Larry Krohn, and Bob & Erika Solimini, we had the chance to soak up knowledge, hear different perspectives, and learn from years of experience in the dog training industry! 🧠🐾

💡 Why does this matter to YOUR dog?

Because we believe being a great trainer means never getting comfortable with what you already know. There’s always another technique to learn, a different perspective to consider, and another tool to add to our toolbox! Every seminar we attend, every conversation we have, and every bit of knowledge we bring home helps us continue growing as trainers.

❤️ Your dogs aren’t just another training appointment to us. They’re part of your family. And your family deserves trainers who are constantly investing in their education, sharpening their skills, and striving to provide the very best training experience possible. We’re bringing home fresh knowledge, new perspectives, and even more motivation to keep doing what we love!

🐕 The learning never stops, because YOUR dogs deserve our best!

At day 8 of her 2 Week Advanced Board & Train here in Lubbock, TX, this pretty girl is nailing it with distance, duration, and distractions all in the mix. Shadow is proof that board and train works. Want this kind of reliability for your dog? Call us at 806-656-3093! 📞
