After many years of going back and forth with the county and insurance companies, we are pleased to announce this project has been completed! Many volunteer hours from our dedicated board members have certainly paid off!

🐾Upon receiving several complaints regarding Excessive Barking in the area of Wi******er Cove & Re*****on Cove in the Northwind of Wellington Subdivision. We’ve narrowed down the possible residences. If your home is within the circle, please contact us if you 1.) Don’t have an animal at your home. or 2.) If you know the Offenders address. You can contact us via phone @601-407-8046 or via email @gmail.com.

🐾WE KNOW AND UNDERSTAND DOGS BARK, but you live in a Subdivision and not a rural area. Thus you fall not under Madison County Animal Rules and Regulations; as it relates to Platted Subdivisions, but it’s also against Wellingtons covenants.

Wellington HOA semi annual yard sale will be October 1 2022 from 7am -1pm. This will include all three neighborhoods. Wellington, Timber Ridge, and Northwind for any residents who would like to participate!

Everyone, please be mindful of the new sod (pictured) that was laid by the newly constructed pathway at the playground today. We kindly ask that nobody ride any bicycles or walk on the sodded area for the next week or so. This sod will help with all of the mud, so we need your help in ensuring that it stays undisturbed and looking great for everyone! Parents, please pass this on to your kids as well. Thank you for your understanding!

As many of you have probably noticed, there is work starting by the playground. We are putting in a walking path to the playground and regrading that area so that it's flat and does not continue to collect water, creating a muddy mess everytime it rains. As a reminder, please do not park by the lake. That area is necessary for equipment and supplies during this project. Weather permitting, this should be done in approximately 7 business days. We will send an update when it is done!!
