Warning potential offensive post 😄

Things people have said to me this past year.

“If you can’t afford to rescue animals don’t do it”
“Only people who work in shelters should rescue”
“It’s not your problem just leave it be”
“Why can’t you just look the other way”
“Someone else will take care of it”
“You can’t save them all”
“Why cause all these issues over a animal”
“Your doing more harm then good”
“They would have been better off where they were”

I try to help those in our community no one else will. I try to help animals who would otherwise be euthanized or out on the street. I do what I can with what I have and I’ve put myself in very rough situations trying to do right by these animals. There are thousands of animals in need and someone needs to stop and say Enough is enough. I don’t care how much I’m hurting or how much people try to bring me down I’m done. Dog rescue is not something I just do as a hobby it is who I am and I won’t stop. Finances may stop me from being able to take in animals for the time being but I will continue advocating for those who can’t speak for them selfs! If you feel offended by this post please delete me 🙂 I may not be able to save them all but I can save 1 at a time and it makes a huge difference to each dog and family looking for them to me that is what makes it worth it!

‼️‼️I am closing any Dog Intakes from below the bridge!!‼️‼️ there has been a increase In parvo cases all over Michigan recently mostly in the lower Michigan areas! Many shelter have also closed due to Kennel Cough!! I urge people to please be cautious taking in animals that have not been vetted and or vaccinated! I currently have not had experience or any issues with any of this but in order to protect both my dogs and the comunity around me I will only be helping with those in the upper peninsula and those who are vaccinated! Thank you everyone for your patients and understanding!
