2 weeks after taking in Sir Griffon, he was gone.

I took him for bloodwork and a wellness check and learned he was FeLV positive, He has high liver values, high BUN, very under weight, needs full mouth extractions, and probably has long term GI upset on top of being extremely dehydrated.

We did all we could, but knew this was more of a hospice rescue and wanted him to feel warmth, love and a full belly.

Hi, my name is Yogi, I am a Polydactyl. A very nice lady rescued me from a busy street (hiding inside some bushes).

I am SO thankful for the chance of a good life. I am looking for a forever living home. I am VERY loving (I purr all the time). I am very playful and I SO LOVE other cats and people.

I would appreciate a new home (indoors only) as I have very special paws-extra toes that need regular trimming.

Did you know: These older cats cost about $500 to intake. Between the basic intake protocal, a blood panel and FIv/Felv test, it's costly!

This old man was found wandering the streets. He's very skinny, bad teeth, flea infested, hungry and so sad.

Meet Bailey, our cleft nose, poly girl. This baby came in from my friend's at Manteca Animal Control. She is available for adoption after Tuesday 8/6. Her adoption fee is $350. She is fixed, parasite and flea treated, vaccinated, deowrmed, chipped, and FIV/FeLV tested.

Hi neighbors,
Jessica with orphan kitten rescue.

Vet appointments are expensive when rescues aren't eligible for discounts. (Not out normal vet).

We had a few emergencies this week. One cat with a dislocated jaw and another with what appears to be calici virus and a few who need eye removals.

This little lady was found in a storm drain, in 102 degree weather, malnourished, having difficulty eating.

Our two boys have infected eyes and we have one that got into a tussle with a bla k widow.

The dangers of upper respiratory issues. These babies would he euthanized if rescue wasn't found. Some antibiotics, warm compress, and a nebulizer, can save these babies from certain deaths.

Another rescue reported me to animal control for keeping kittens in a "shoe box".

Then blasted me on social media.

These are nebulizer boxes for breathing treatments.

I guess you can't trust ANYONE in animal rescue.

Sometimes, a kitten just needs a Scarlett to cuddle with, and it makes them feel better.

Scarlett is our special needs that has chronic upper respiratory infection, so she can certainly relate.

This is Ditch. He was dropped off at our door, in a box, with no blanket or protection. He's about 9 oz, extremely dehydrated and full of p**p.

Today, he was given a warm bath, blow dryed, and is now resting on his heating pad.

I was able to give him a little fluids, and he ate nutrical, along with a little formula.

He is critical now, but my family and I will do the very best we can to help him survive.

We named him Hastings! He is a distinguished little boy. He is getting stronger every day and loves his morning clean upstairs. This baby was found at a school, covered in fleas, next to his diseased sibling. He was saved by our rescue friend Sharolyn and it was the blessing he needed.
