Here are some reasons to join Rally Obedience dog training:

- *Bonding with your dog*: Participating in dog sports is a great way to bond with your dog, as it keeps them physically active, mentally stimulated, and provides handlers with a sense of accomplishment while simultaneously building an incredible bond between dog and handler.

- *Mental stimulation*: Rally Obedience is an excellent source of mental stimulation, which is something that all dogs require in order to thrive.
- *Improves focus and obedience*: Rally Obedience improves a dog’s focus and obedience by challenging them, and helps to keep them active and working.
- *Fun environment*: Rally Obedience is an accessible sport that maintains a fun environment, while also enabling a dog and handler team to demonstrate practical obedience related skills.
- *Less strict participation*: Unlike other dog sports, Rally Obedience does not have strict participation eligibility criteria. Most dogs over six months of age possessing an AKC number are eligible to compete in the thousands of Rally competitions held annually within the United States.

Monte is so nervous outside of his home that he has a hard time walking outside of his front yard. Tonight, he and his mom Nicolle were able to walk around their court with the help of trainer Stephanie. Monte was even able to work through exercises like sit, focus, and touch. By the end of the lesson, his tail was no longer tucked, and he was walking with curiosity. It was a huge breakthrough!
