Upcoming litter of pups due out of Maximum Resistance and Phillips Winter Nutmeg.

Max is my stud dog who has proven himself as a multiple trial winner and producer.
He is out of 2x National Champion Shadow Oak Bo and a dam out of 6x CH/6x RU The Insider. There are many Championship dogs loaded in his pedigree.
Max himself was RU in both the National & Great Lakes Region for Amateur Derby of the Year for the US Complete Shooting Dog Association. He’s been invited to 3 Open Invitationals and 1 Amateur Invitational Championships under the US Complete for being one of the top dogs out of 12 for that year. He also won RU in the Bob Lee Open Shooting Dog Classic with a big stake of 61 dogs. And finally rounding out his big wins he’s gotten so far, he won RU Open Shooting Dog of the Year in the US Complete Shooting Dog Association for the 2020-2021 season just to name a few.
He is a big, leggy and long bodied dog that hits the ground hard and covers the quick. Very snappy classy moving dog with a high tail set both while running and on point. He has what it takes to be a competitive horseback dog if I only would have given him a chance!
He is producing quality pups with a lot of classy, size, smarts and manners. They are easy to work and are quick natural learners. Many puppies are winning derby stakes at only 7-9 months old. One of his daughters, Back Creek Susie owned by Steve Graham has won 1st placed in 6 trials in a row! She was named National Amateur Puppy of the Year for the US Complete. Back Creek Susie’s littermate, Super Storm Hank owned by Thor Kain is already amateur & open qualified for championships. He also just won the Grand National Puppy Classic with Hank in a large entry of 26 puppies. Another one of his sons placed in a derby stake at 8 months old that I also own.

Meg is a beautiful tri colored chestnut female that is sired by All-Age horseback trial winner 3xCH/7x RU Erin’s Hidden Shamrock. He’s won many trials mostly handled by amateur owner Sean Derring. He qualified for the National Championship at Ames one time which is a huge accomplishment in itself. He has produced some incredible dogs and doesn’t need much more intro than that.
Meg’s dam was my winning female Phillips Spitting Image whose sire is RU Northwoods Nirvava.
She won in 3 venues including coverdog, walking and shooting dog horseback trials. Some of her bigger placements including 4th place for the US Complete Futurity and 2nd place in the Southeast Regional Championship Open Derby Classic with a large entry of 23 dogs. She finished her derby season with (2) 1st place Amateur Derby of the Year, both In the Great Lakes Region for US Complete and for the Pennsylvania Walking Shooting Dog Association. She placed (3) 2nd place Dog of the Year awards for the US Complete which includes Amateur Derby Southeast Region, Open Derby Southeast Region and National Amateur Derby of the Year. Finally, she placed 4th for Open Derby of the Year in the Pennsylvania Walking Shooting Dog Association.
Meg is the only female ever produced out of Spitting Image, the other being a male.
Dot was a leggy, athletic, female that had tons of drive, easy to train and handle in any terrain or venue, and have stamina for days. She was a dog that was consistent, could find birds and you never had to worry about knowing where she was. She ran and pointed with a perfect high tail and looked great.

These pups should be tall, leggy and solid build with nice high classy tails.
This breeding is combining some of the best bloodlines from horseback, walking and wild bird grouse trials in the country. All dogs in the lines are proven bird hunters and many are multiple trial winners.

Weather your looking for a trial prospect or a class hunting dog, these pups should be good for both.

Don’t miss out on one of these incredible pups!

Taking deposits to hold reservation for a pup.

Toby is sire by my multiple trial winning stud dog Maximum Resistance and a trial winning dam owned by Thor Kaine from PA. The dam is from a frozen semen breeding of 5x CH Pennstar and the dam being 3X CH/7X RU Straight Forward. Both dogs have incredible titles that speak for themselves!
He is the littermate to USCSDA Amateur Puppy of the Year Back Creek Susie.

Toby is a heavily spotted colored dog with a big head, has stout, solid build and big b***d dog with a full black colored head.

He is will be 3 years old this spring.
He was run in several puppy trials but no placements. He handles easily and checks back often.
He hunts hard and is very prey driven.
He will point and hold quail usually til you get close enough to flush. He is gun conditioned and backs other dogs.

He has a calm demeanor and easy going temperament. He is house trained and currently living in the house.
Would make a great companion, hunting dog and maybe possible trial dog with some work.
