Hi! Fox Hollow Equine is hosting a western dressage clinic on September 24th with dressage judge Trish Brocious. This is a great way to get introduced to the discipline. It is for anyone, beginner or advanced riders. There will be an information talk prior to riding, then a demo ride, followed by individual ride times with Trish where she will talk you through the pattern, and help you learn how to ride it and Maximize your scores. Please let me know through private messenger (not on here as it gets confusing) if you would like a spot. Talk / demo / and half hour session $65

Available for lease! Peppy is a 21 yr old 16hh APHA gelding who has spent most of his life packing around beginner riders. He is slow, safe, and sound! Peppy is looking for someone to spend some time with him both in the arena and on the trails. He can be ridden English or western. His lease is FREE, just pay his board 🙂. Currently on pasture board but can easily switch to stall board if needed.

We are looking for chore help! Fridays and Saturdays 5-7. Person must meet following requirements:

Reliable
Hard working
Able to lift 50lbs
Able to stay moving during entire shift (lots of walking)
Able to handle and lead horses
Have own transportation

Duties include:
Stall cleaning
Feeding and watering horses
Barn cleaning
Turning in and out of horses

Fox Hollow would like to congratulate all of our students for a job well done at 4H districts! Olivia Lamb, Serena Aumick, Kayden Johnson were first place winners in some tough competition! Isabella Foust, Buddy Johnson, Danica Vargason, Sydney Howland, Marayna Girven, Parker Cunningham, all state qualifiers in their first year showing these classes! Cassie Sharp and Jenna Johnson missed qualifying by one place! Job well done by all!! (Hope I didn't miss anyone 😉)

Fox Hollow is under construction! We are happy to announce the expansion of our boarding and training services with the addition of a new barn and indoor arena! We will continue on our path of teaching ranch riding skills and horsemanship skills to all levels of riders, and we will be focusing on training the ranch riding horse! Stalls will be available soon! So excited for this passion of mine to be growing!!

Next Saturday is our first public trail challenge!! So far it looks like we should see a nice turnout. I am looking for volunteers for the day. I need one person for registration, one for setting the course, and one knowledgeable horse person to help judge. Please let me know if you would like to volunteer!
