While we enjoy the dazzling displays, it's crucial to remember that the loud noises and bright lights can be terrifying for our pets. Dogs have far superior hearing compared to humans, which means they perceive fireworks as much louder and scarier. The decibel level of fireworks can reach up to 120-150 dB, well above the threshold for causing hearing damage in pets and humans alike.
