Wicked Welsh Ponies is managed by a licensed Mass riding instructor and offers hunt seat and dressage education on welsh ponies and cobs.

Wicked Welsh Ponies @ Epona Pony Farm offers Art Workshops and Riding Instruction on quality welsh ponies & cobs as well as foundational training for green ponies. We are a small, private, family barn with exceptional ponies that have the highest degree of training. As former US Pony Club riders and, well-accomplished hunt seat and polo equestrians, we are well versed in all types of riding, train

ing and showing. Today, our program is entirely focused on personal, safe equestrian education that includes "the whole horse" from grooming, care and feeding to riding. Showing, training of young un-started ponies, trailering and leasing possible.

Recent pony adventures at our micro farm - desensitizing with an off the property trip for Bond and Hannah as well as more under saddle progress, Arrow testing out a kiddie pool 🤷🏻‍♀️….Hailey learning about half halting the powerhouse pony as well as nice leg yields and a little shoulder fore. And of course, Prince just being royalty. 👑

Seeking 2 days help in East Middleborough (near Plympton/Carver) -- Wednesday and Saturdays -- to clean 4 stalls, 4 waters inside/ 4 outside, aisle sweeping.

Must be experienced with horses. Must be okay leading well behaved ponies, if needed.

Requires stepping up into hydraulic dump trailer to lift muck bucket into it. Prefer morning, but will take what I can get.

Usually takes 45 minutes. Pay is a flat fee -- so clean as fast or slow as you'd like. :)

We have two other amazing workers for the other days of the week, but you can always pick up another day if they need coverage. OR, you can pick up more time/$$ if you feel like being my spotter 1-2 days a week, from the ground, while I get my 3 year old going under saddle.

This is not a work to ride position.

4 stalls and 4 indoor waters. 4 outdoor waters. Must be comfortable and experienced around horses. Occasional handling of ponies required.

Flat fee for the day. Not a work to ride position.

Ms Wicked Spice, welsh-x hunter pony who doubles as a safe dressage queen, is earning some nice scores and ribbons while on lease to Pemberly Oaks Equestrian. 🏆.

Backed and started as a 3 year old by Ariel Hallgren, she’s blossomed ever since and has now been at POE for a few years, teaching the basics!

Our barn help is off to college soon!

Small private pony farm in Middleboro. Seeking 2-4 days of help for cleaning 4 stalls, 4 paddocks, 4 waters inside/ 4 outside and general light care. Must be experienced. Must be okay leading well behaved ponies if needed. Requires lifting one hay bale a day and bags of bedding and water buckets as needed. Requires stepping up into hydraulic dump trailer to lift muck bucket. Mornings. Flexible on which days. Flat fee or hourly and you get to be around gorgeous ponies😉.

➡️If we can’t fill the position above, looking for a weekly paddock picker. Could be 1-2 hours a week. Four paddocks. Flat fee or hourly. Experience around horses needed. Start asap.

➡️Small Group Only - Instructor: Larissa Hallgren, co-owner of H2 Design Studio, licensed horsemanship/horseback instructor, former licensed school teacher.
➡️This an unheated, outdoor/in the barn activity. Dress for the weather & to get dirty/ paint on clothes.
➡️ NO riding.
➡️ Requires ability to walk across uneven ground and surfaces.
➡️ No bathroom. This is an outdoor experience.

Quillane Arrow, cob extraordinaire, is, at age 5, an exceptional budding dressage boy, a gentleman at show grounds, a perfectly amazing trail master who will ride through absolutely any conditions, has willingness and athletic form over jumps and... who knew?... a seriously good boy for young riders too!!! In our minds, the perfect welsh is what he is all about: showing, pleasure, athleticism, beauty, kindness and willingness, and, above all, the ability to be perfectly behaved for kids to pro riders alike! In fact, he loves people so much we think he's honored to have the occasional opportunity to take a young rider around. Check out the video of Arrow proudly taking Sophia about while she perfects posting, even to the big cob trot.
