We have our landline and internet back. It was a combination of the battery at the ONT and the old router.

Update: apparently the problem is with the ONT (Optical Network Terminal) in the house. No amount of disconnecting the power or battery will work. Because of the holiday, no one can come out until Tuesday. I can't even check my voicemail.

No Landline. No Internet. Don't know what's going on with Allband today. Not too much Data left for the cell either. Hmm. Might be a good day to unplug.
