Our Story

Mary Jo Gentile and Vince Alvarez, owners of Cincinnati Canine Companion Center, have a total of over 70+ years experience handling and training all breeds of dogs. Mary Jo Gentile has had top 10 in The Nation in A.K.C. for German Shepherds along with competing in the Canadian Kennel Club Events. Most of her German Shepherds have been rescues which she trained to top honors in Obedience Trials. Vince Alvarez has owned/handled the #2 ranked Siberian Husky for A.K.C. Obedience Trials in the United States for 2 years in a row. Vince has also competed in Herding Trials with Border Collies through the Border Collies Club of America. Vince has also trained and shown extensively in Agility Events with numerous awards and titles at A.K.C. Agility Events.
