Can’t believe it is happening again to our repeat flight angel Victoria! She flew a few months ago with Astro and was delayed and multiple times rerouted it’s was many days she bonded with Astro! Today she is flying with momma Sheena and wouldn’t you know it, delayed and now rerouted ! Thank the lord our island cats are so sweet and relaxed, and Victoria is so experienced navigating delays!

She is headed to All 4 Cats in Wilmington, she will makes it eventually! Thanks so much to our rescue partner and Victoria for both agreeing to help get Sheena to her forever home!

All the kittens in the room that you allowed to nurse on you will miss your sweet soul and comfort! 😻

Calling on all Flight Angels prayer warriors and donors! We have a litter of 5 babies in the hospital that need prayers and donations for their care! They are anemic, have diarrhea, and dehydrated. One parasite found in one’s p**p, and that’s it! These babies were on their way to crashing! First and foremost please pray great the treatments help make their little bodies strong and survive! I just can’t lose anymore! Second we are desperate in need of donations! Our account is depleted, we have a flight thursday we need to fund, we have over due vet bills and now this. Hospital care here is very expensive and we want them to stay as long as they need to get strong! Please if you can every penny counts!! This litter is out of this world and their names reflect it! Moon, Mercury, Saturn, Mars and Jupiter. Please support us in our efforts to save them!

My momma always told me surround yourself with kind, giving, good hearted people!! I have done this through Flight Angels of Roatán! I am out of the Country, BUT the program is still running smoothly because of my friends! I feel very blessed!

Today we have some beautiful new flight angels Deann and Larry that are soooo excited to carry Gigi and Thelma to Whiskers Rescue!!They are keeping the babies overnight and meeting up with Robyn at the rescue that is taking them in till they find their families!

This flight would NOT be happening without my friend Andrea Martin who found the flight angels and facilitated everything including the airport meet up!

This week also my friend Liza has been holding the kitten condo down again by caring for the babies, cleaning, feeding and playing with all of our future flight babies!

My 12 personal animals are being watched my my good friend Marti The Pampered Pet Roatan, without all of these awesome people coming together to help me I would never be able to leave the island.

Flight Angel Melanie agreed to es**rt the sweetest Snow on her freedom flight!! She is now in Denver, could a cat named Snow be anymore perfect then to end up in Denver !! Thank you to Rocky Mountain Feline Rescue for wanting to take in our girl Snow who has had a hard life on the island. This freedom flight also could NOT have happened without Flight Angels friend Kris Wichert for picking her up at airport and transporting her to the rescue, without our friends and supporters this flight would not have happened ! I also have to thank Roatan Operation Animal Rescue for seeing this girl in such horrible condition and taking her in to Dr Kevin to get her the care she needed to heal!

We may not save every cat but those we can, what a great day that is! Thanks again to a lot of help from my friends. Another cat saved!! Saving the cats of Roatán, one flight at a time!

Look at this GLOW UP!!!This beautiful boy came to me mid march 2023 with his brother Frankie. Frankie passed away and Freddie struggled to survive! He had all types of issues stacked against him from a young momma and no proper nutrition, what was thought to be kidney issues that would kill him. I did not give up on him and he fought everyday to survive. Fast forward this is him now living the American dream, look how gorgous this boy is! Why do I do this, why do I do everything i can to save the island babies… Freddie is the poster kitty for why! I loved him then and I love him now. This is the face of an island kitten with no chance at life, this is also an island kitten that survived the odds . 🇭🇳🛫🇺🇸😻💖

My good friend Angela today on live TV telling everyone about our program and showing off her Roatán cat Sophie! Angela is also part of the Flight Angels committee and the one responsible for finding all of my rescues that agree to take in Roatán babies!! Love the exposure! GREAT job Angela and thank you for your continued support!

Another TV debut for our superstar Roatán cats!

Toss those superstitions aside about black cats because just like dogs, they need a forever home too.

Update: back up transporter has been secured. Snow will be catching her flight on Saturday thank you to all of those that reached out and were assisting in finding a transporter.

ATTENTION DENVER FB FRIENDS:

We have a flight angel for our sweet Snow this Saturday, but I need a back up transporter from Denver airport to Rocky Mountain feline rescue! It’s a 6:40pm landing. They are trying to find one, but last flight for Snow they were unable so i need a back up so this girl does not miss her flight again.

This is Snow she was purposefully burned and spent months healing. She should not trust humans, but she is loving and sweet!! Can you help?!

Adoption Alert!!! The sweetest boy Malcolm has been adopted out of Give Me Shelter Cat Rescue. He was adopted by a foster for them but not the one that fostered him! He was a very popular guy! Thank you to everyone involved with saving and flying Malcolm! Liza Normandy His people found him! 🇭🇳🛫🎉😻

Yesturdays Transports were smooth and the babies were the perfect travel companions to Mattie and Amanda!

My friend Pat wearing her Flight Angels shirt did the midnight airport run and sleepover, babies are successfully delivered to Love Me True Rescue, Inc. in Jacksonville.

The other flight I also needed help with a transfer and Kitten Angels found Susan, who is a awesome foster and keeping me up to date on my other babies for the next 13 days until they travel to NY. She also did a midnight run to the airport but in Philly.

Last week I needed a DC transporter and my good friend Angela and previous adopter picked up the kitten kept her for 1/2 a day and then delivered her to the rescue!

My heart is filled and it amazes me that if you ask for help when you are doing something with a pure heart people step up! I am so proud of my program and the people that support it! I cannot do this without you!🇭🇳🛫🇺🇸💖

We have 2 flights each with 2 kittens today, what could be better?! Our flight angels are both so excited to es**rt our orangies to USA.

Mattie and her family earned their wings by es**rting shy but also very playful Frito and Dorito to Jacksonville florida, my previous adopter Pat Elvir Pons is picking up these brothers, having a sleepover and then brining to Love Me True Rescue, Inc. to find forever families!!

Amanda and her family earned their wings by es**rting the sweet brothers Ben and Jerry to Philly then they are being transported to NY where Kitten Angels is taking these loves in and will be adopted out together!

Thanks so much to Andrea Martin for helping me through this week of one debacle after another, we did it!!

Thank you to my flight angels for carrying our babies on their freedom flights, thank you to our rescues for agreeing with short notice to take them in and thank you to our transporters picking up the babies!

UPDATE: I have a Flight Angel to Denver! They are trying to find a transporter from airport to Rocky Moutain Feline Rescue. This girl missed her flight last week because they could not find one.

ARE YOU or anyone you know willing to pick her up and deliver to the rescue?? It is a 6:40 landing. This plea is a just in case they cannot find one, we don’t want Snow missing another flight!!

This lovely lady was purposely burned, spent months in the hospital to heal physically and mentally. She has every reason to not like humans but yet she is a sweet loving girl! UPDATE: Transporter found! You know when they say it takes a village well it takes a lot of friends that support Flight Angels! i had so many people trying to find help and my friend Pat whom adopted Charlie/ Rumi from me has graciously accepted the request for help! As i always say I CANNOT do this alone! Lots of help from my friends!!! Thank you to all that were reaching out!!

Happy Sunday from Dakota and Thelma! Love and snuggles from these two non-siblings. Dakota is a tiny boy but the same age as Thelma! These two sweethearts will be ready for travel in the next month or so. We need funding to get them fixed, and their rabies shots, health certs and flights.

We have another flight angel on the gorgous Roatán day! Thanks to Roatan Operation Animal Rescue who took this very young momma in after she lost all her babies! She was fixed and got vaccines and came to the cat condo to wait her freedom flight! Thank you so much to Megan that offered to es**rt her on her long journey to Give Me Shelter Cat Rescue in California to find her family. Lucy is the ultimate exotic looking girl with the longest legs, tiny face and huge ears! She looks just like a jungle kitten! Busy day at the Roatán airport! First 2 kittens of the day are headed off to Tampa with their flight Angels Maxine and Chris! Thanks so much to Alicia A Kitten Place for helping us rescue these sweethearts from The Shake Shack on Roatán. These kittens had many angels working to save them, Kristi who originally contacted me, Shawna who adopted their brother and Alicia who came in on a cruise ship and offered to take them into her rescue when they were fit to travel! It takes village, and the village all rallied for these babies! Have the best life Tonka and Talia!🇭🇳🛫😻😻💖

This is the beautiful happy face of Lyric. He is a cat of Roatán that flew to Atlanta where my friend Kristin Hands to Paws Rescue took him and and found him his family. Look at this beautiful boy, without us at Flight Angels, a wonderful flight Angel to fly him, a rescue to take him in, his life would be completely different. Lyric represents what this program is about. People coming together to change the lives of our island cats !
