Our series Champions and buckle winners were Ciro Lopez heading and Shawn Matherly heeling in the 10.5 slide
Reserve Champions in 10.5 slide were Jason Terpening on the head side and Jesse Hawkins on the heel side. Congratulations men!
Series Champions and buckle winners in the 8pt roping were Beth Bickel Davis (I’m so proud of you Beth!) heading and my good friend Cody Watts on the heel side.
Reserve Champions in the 8pt roping were Cody Watts on the head side and Levi Owens on the heel side (I still have your trophy hoof pick and will get it to you Levi).
The High Money Roper overall for our series was Cody Watts! We hope you get plenty of use out of your new trophy halter Cody.
We enjoyed having all of the ropers that came to our ropings this summer. I hope you all enjoyed yourselves and we appreciate EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU! I feel that we had a very good series this year and I am looking into ways to try and make next summer’s series even better. Hope to see everyone again next summer. Thanks again!

Congratulations to all the winners from our final roping on 10-15.
Winners of the 10.5 slide roping were Treyl Manuel on the head side and Cody Gatlin got it done on the backside. (Sorry we didn’t get a photo)
Winning the 8 pt roping were Kendall Wagler heading and Caleb Bope cleaned up on the heel side.
Fast time in the first round of the 10.5 slide were Jon Clark and Jayden Hawkins
Fast time in the first round of the 8pt were Jon Clark (once again) and Mark Herr
Great job men!!! Thank you all again for coming and supporting our roping! We hope everybody enjoyed themselves and are looking forward to seeing everyone again next year!

Good morning friends, family, and Ropers. I am sorry for taking so long to get a post up recapping our roping last Sunday. I don’t really know what to say. The turn out we had for our final roping blew my mind!
All I can do is say thank you, thank you, thank you all! I never in my wildest dreams could have imagined that we would pay out over $14,000 in one roping being my first year putting them on! bringing our series total payout to over $33,000 paid out in 4 ropings! I would not be able to pay out that kind of money without our valued and appreciated sponsors. (Carl Salinas)Salinas Insurance Agency, (J.D. Morris)David Williams and Associates, Ann Cole Training Center, and Gerald Woods of Lab Haven Forge. The generosity of these business owners was a blessing. I truly appreciate you all.

Final roping of the series will be this Sunday. We will use Crazy Horse Arena (indoors) in Urbana,IN.

$1000 added in the 10.5 slide, 2 sec +/- (no ) 4 head prog
17 sec cut off first round only

$800 added in the 8pt roping, 3 head prog. 18 sec cut off first round only

Pick one/draw one or draw both - $80 entry. Limit of entries, 3 each roping.

11 a.m. start time. Same format, same entry fees. $2200 total added money for the day. Buckles and other prizes will be awarded after the ropings.

The roping scheduled for tomorrow is cancelled. I’m sorry everyone. I’ve done all I can do to try and make the ground good, this third or fourth round of rain is just too much for my ground to take. I’m working on a rain date now. I’ll do what I have to to try and get this fourth roping in. Thank you all for supporting us this year. We appreciate you all. Don’t give up on us! Lol.
