We are proud to announce that LaSandra has now joined Out West full time to provide professional grooming and styling services to all of our patients on an everyday basis.

LaSandra has been grooming professionally for 22 years, and she is excited about partnering with Out West to provide one more aspect of animal care to our area. She is an animal lover and knew at a very young age she would be doing something with pets as a part of her career. She does a great job on her grooms, and she has the patience required to be able to get the job done, even on those critters that aren’t real excited to be there.

Now that junior high football is in full swing, our schedule in Crane on Thursdays for the next couple months will be a little unpredictable. We will be leaving at 1:30 today (9-14-23). February is National Pet Dental Health Month! If your pet’s breath is rank or if there is tartar starting to build up, they are at risk for advancing periodontal disease. This causes all sorts of problems as they age! The pictures below show what can be going on underneath all that tartar. The most severe mouth, once the tartar has been removed, reveals gingival recession and bone loss, exposing roots and causing a very painful mouth. The second set of photos shows a moderately affected mouth before and after a good cleaning. Call the office and make an appointment today to get your furry family members’ mouths clean and healthy again!!
