Awe she finally did it! One of our broody, Bielefelder/Bresse hens finally hatched out her first baby. This is her 2nd clutch so far this spring so she's looking a bit rough! Little chick i s a cutie...hope she hatches a couple more for all her hard work!

Our Shakey Acres Savannahs Bryanna turned 16 years old this week! She has been one of our main foundation does and quite the character over the years. Lol. We sure love this doe and are so grateful to have her. Hopefully she still has a lot of years left! ❤ Happy Birthday, Bebe!!!!! 🥳🥳🥳🥳

My spoiled chickies. 😍🥰 We love our American Bresse and our Bielefelder's. We also have some gorgeous crossbred chicks that I'm excited about. Laying at 16 weeks and already bigger than their parents at 20. Not too shabby. 😘

Cal had triplets by Roady yesterday. 2 does and a huge moonspotted buckling. :) He is the white one....has spots all in his black spots. ❤🤩

Meet French Fry, the wether. He is our miracle baby. Born in a snowstorm with 70+ mph winds...outside not in one of the shelters! When we found him and his siblings, they were all dead. His momma was trying so hard but the elements were working against her. :( After hours of rubbing and warming and drying we were able to save his sister (Tater Tot) and this little guy. Sadly we weren't able to save his other sister.. 😭😭
French Fry is a character. He is always bouncing and gets very excited to see people. So much that he even starts climbing the fence (yes, those hind hooves apparently can climb!) Lol 😆 He is looking for a new herd as a family pet. I'd love to see him and Brady's wether kid go together. They are already good friends.
