July 4 th Down Town Beaverdam Parade this Thursday

????What to expect?????
Join us for the Independence Day Parade!
Make a float or bring your antique vehicle.
Starts 10 am at downtown Beaverdam. No need to register beforehand, just show up between 9-9:30 to be in the parade!
Observers bring a bag to catch the candy!

Students it will be an early morning!
1-You will need to be at barn at 7:30 am.
2-bring in & feed your horse immediately
3- bring all kinds of decorations from dollar store ect. Bring some to share
4- bring scissors pipe, cleaners, safety pins anything you can think that might need it to decorate with
5- red craft paint and paint brush to paint hoofs with let’s do all horses 6- we need to start loading at 8 am

Zion the Project Horse
Zion is a beautiful dark bay 5 yrs old around 15 hands. She is not registered but she is a TB/QH. She needs some one that all ready knows how to ride and finish training a horse. She spent 30 days in a professional program. Then was sent to me to help her find her new person.

HORSES ARE FUN SUMMER CAMP

Beginner/ Intermediate kids
Ages 5- 13

Kids have the opportunity to discover hunter and western riding.

I have some very special older horses that will baby sit my youngest kids.

The child will have a horse to care for during the week as if they own the horse.

We have fun crafts to do during the week.

Children will learn to care for their saddles & bridles.

We have a fun educational scavenger hunt the kids love to do.

Camp starts at 9 am ends at 4 pm on Monday - Wednesday.

On Thursdays our camp starts at 9 am the kids will prepare for a riding demonstration to show parents & friends what they have learned all week. The show will be at 6 pm. Hopefully ending by 7:30 pm with special awards for each kid.

So Thursdays will look like this;
9 am arrive care for horse then saddle and ride.
12 pm break for lunch.
1 pm finish crafts.
2 pm clean up farm for parents to come out to watch them ride, wash horses and clean tack to prepare for show. 
4 pm.
“POT LUCK CELEBRATION”
I will be cooking hot Dogs! Parents are encouraged to join us as soon as you can after work
5:30 kids will begin preparing for the “SHOW” show to begin at 6 after the little demonstration of what they have learned for the week they will put horses away and I will be awarding each child with special awards from the week.

This camp is geared to allow children to move into an intermediate camp to follow or repeat horses are fun again.

I have made a big mistake with my camp dates. I didn’t allow for beginners to come back the next week for intermediate riding.

Delilah has such a big ♥️ last year when I started running her I had 50% of my runs turn into training sessions for her. This year she has turned into an automatic runner! Now if I could just keep my position correct and not interfere with her I’ll quit costing us to just be out of the money. So hard when your older and trying to become stronger when your body is worn out to begin with LOL
