Meet your trainers, Tiffany & Christine!
Tiffany (left) has been passionate about working with animals since childhood. She is an Army veteran, where she first got into the working dog world. After returning home she started training pet dogs, with a strong foundation in Obedience and Behavior Modification. That journey started in Ohio, and ended up taking her to the Tampa Bay Area in Florida. She ran her own business there for over 4 years. Wanting to advance her skill set and get back into training working dogs, she attended a workshop for trailing/tracking. Tiffany immediately fell in love with the process, choosing to pick up and go to South Carolina to learn the art of teaching trailing/tracking as well as teaching detection training. That choice has taken her all over the country, getting to work with police, military and Search & Rescue teams. Although she still travels to teach, she now resides in Mooresville, North Carolina. Tiffany also handles her K9 Hendrix doing contracted detection work. Hendrix is a German Shepherd, Alaskan Malamute mix who loves manhunting, detection and advocacy for behavior rehabilitation!
Christine (right) is from West Palm Beach Flordia where she was introduced to the dog world at a young age. Before she was 15 she got her hands on 100’s of dogs while volunteering at her local animal control facility growing up. Once she was old enough to work, she got her first job ever as a groomer and basic obedience trainer. She groomed dogs and cats for 15 years while training and learning different methods of teaching obedience from various trainers. From free shaping, to prong collar and e-collar, she is a well rounded balanced obedience trainer. Nose work is where her heart truly lies. Christine has trained Military, Police, SAR, civilian dogs and their handlers tracking/trailing and detection. Imprinting dogs to be sold to different police departments around the country is one of her passions. Christine has over 23 years experience in the dog industry. Currently, she travels all over the country teaching tracking/trailing workshops in addition to handling her own personal K9 “Valiant” for contracted detection work. Valiant is a 3 year old Hanoverian hound proficient in both manhunting and detection.
