4pm: We are unfortunately without power again. Current estimates do not have it returning until after business hours. We will be finishing out what we can for the day and then shutting down. Our phone system is only partially functional, so any calls coming in for the remainder of the day will likely not be returned until Monday. We apologize for any inconvenience. 7/29 8:30am: We are currently without power and operating on a limited capacity with our back up generator. Phones are working intermittently, so please be patient and bear with us as we work through calls. This appears to be a larger issue with the power company, not just us, so it is unclear when we will return to full function. Please check back here or our website for updates.

Werner Animal Hospital is currently experiencing an emergency staffing situation and does not have any doctors available at the moment. Please bear with us as we work through everything. We will be in contact with anyone who has something scheduled or anyone calling in as soon as we can.

Werner Animal Hospital is closing at noon today as a result of inclement weather. We anticipate a normal work day tomorrow.

Due to the winter storm, Werner Animal Hospital will be delaying opening by 1 hour to allow for clearing of the parking lots and safe travel of staff. Doors will open at 10am for business as usual. Anyone with an appointment prior to 10am, we will be in touch regarding rescheduling. Stay safe!

Werner Animal Hospital will be closed from Thursday 11/24 thru Sunday 11/27 for Thanksgiving.

Our phone system is being serviced during this closure.

During this service period, messages left on our voicemail may not be saved and faxes sent may not come through. Authorization requests for med refills may also be impacted.

For messages that are not time sensitive, it is best to email us at [email protected] and we will review them upon re-opening Monday morning.
