This is the first time in 41 years that I have not been to Granddad’s & Grandmom’s house for Christmas. This is the first time in 41 years that I have not been in Grandma’s & Grandpa’s house for Christmas. I know they are in the House of the Lord but I miss them being in their own house. I miss going inside their house for the holidays while we remember the years past. Now, I have kids of my own and this is Charleigh’s first Christmas. I have another Christmas with Marleigh and I’m thankful for it. I am spending time with Leah’s family and my family. It’s okay to not be okay but we need to embrace the future while remembering the past. I will make it a great Christmas but many are struggling. Our crew did it again. It’s always tough to surrender your pet or livestock but sometimes the outcome is positive for the animal and owner. Last week we rescued 4 pigs, 1 iguana, 1 guinea fowl, 3 rabbits, 2 jumbo runt pigeons, 2 button quail, 1 pygmy goat l, and 4 MORE pigs! Special thank to Leah & the crew for taking care of everything while I’m recovering. 💕

We are very sorry but we can NOT and will NOT go pick up animals or catch anymore.
All of the pig sanctuaries are FULL. ALL rescues are FULL! Our resources have to be managed wisely. We have recently been asked to pick up animals and it has been a disaster. Animals were running wild, nothing in cages or stalls, extreme mud, boards with nails, & too many dangers for our crew. We want to help you and your animals but we can NOT jeopardize the health and safety of our crew. Please PM us about other options to place your animals with us. Thank you for understanding.

💥There’s a lot to do at the sanctuary. Would you like to build enclosures, be an animal caretaker, help with daily operations, or maybe even help with landscaping? We have a sport for everyone and we need YOU! Many have asked and we are finally ready to have you at our rescue. PM us for all opportunities available to volunteers. VOLUNTEER MEETI G HAPPENING SOON‼️
We offer many exciting group project opportunities for businesses, organizations, sororities, fraternities, clubs and school groups. Possible service projects include landscaping, painting and conservation outreach. We hope you will consider us when looking for a way to give back to the community!

Our critters and crew are loving all the produce donations. 4 pallets and 1 truck load of nutritious food odor all the animals. There is something for everyone this week. THANK YOU ‼️‼️‼️🙏🙏🙏
