Looking for prospects in Germany!
I am a Grand Prix trainer looking for some prospects to develop.
I will be heading to Germany June 28- July 8th. We will be flying into Frankfurt and driving to Kasselmans and other barns along the way. I would consider going to Netherlands maybe Belgian, too if I have enough to try. Please send me info and videos of what you have so I can start putting my list and route together. I am looking for horses 4 yrs old and up mare or gelding of 3 good quality gaits, more amateur type personality but still competitive in the ring. Easy in contact, good to hack not to spooky, Looking $35k or under please. Send me what you have via messenger or what app. Nothing to small either I am tall. I would look at riding mares that are bred currently too.

Jan is a wonderful teacher with a calm encouraging way of pushing you! He has been truly what I needed as a rider with my mare without ever being harsh. My girl is extremely sensitive and needs a very specific way of training. He has truly helped us tap into our potential while keeping us both relaxed!

Showing the training process of my big mare. I’m not here to show perfection. I’m here to show how’s thing develop and progress. First time doing 10 ones! It’s not pretty yet, but everyday try to get one 1% better! right now I’m developing her confidence in them and giving her big clear aids to understand to keep going. Last week we couldn’t get past 3. It’s a lot to coordinate those long legs and that includes both of us 🤣 Ballerinas are clumsy and fall alot before they learn grace😘As long as your willing to fall you will never fail!

By George I think we got it!
My queen did 7 one tempis today and when I asked! I’m a very proud mother! lol. I was so excited I think I almost fell off trying to hug her!
We have been slow and steady with developing the ones, but I honestly did not have a ton of faith in myself, and we could not get past 2-3 1’s for the longest time. Part of it was definitely me, my nerve function in my right leg is slow after my compression fractures so I have to really think about it. I was so afraid to confuse her. She tries so hard and she is so sensitive. I have been really working on myself and my strength lately and my fuctionality. I know it’s not pretty yet, but we are getting coordinated and learning to count!! Yesterday we had 5 one tempis, today we got 6 easy so I thought well let’s just try 1 set of 7🤞🤞and by George she did it! I am so excited for our future together! She is so much fun and just holds every piece of my heart ❤️!
Developing these partnerships is the most rewarding part! This is the addiction right here and why we do what we do!
Always remember your time frame is never their timeframe. So don’t rush it, make it a fun game for them instead of to serious of training and one day P**F! The magic happens when you least expect it.

Looking for 2 people: and a part-time for weekends.
Grounds keeper-6 days a week 7am-5pm
Afternoon horse care/ cleaner/ night check person-6 days a week 4 - 9pm
Perfect for husband and wife team but not requirement!

Competitive pay-salary

Looking for a groundskeeper, would prefer someone that can help with horses, feed, clean and turnout, in first thing in the morning. Big plus if have some basic maintenance skills. Main duties is taking care of the property in lawn care, landscaping, keeping things pristine at all times.

Looking for a cleaner:
Cleaning of bathrooms, tackrooms, Landry rooms, office, and lounge, cleaning of main house 2x per week. Also cleaning apartment units when tenants leave. Needs to be meticulous and notice if things are broken or leaking and make manager aware.
3-4 hrs 5 days a weeks prefer afternoons after 4 when everyone leaves.

I am very excited to announce I will be training out of new absolutely stunning facility! This place has all the horses needs met in every way and has everything you could want for a training and sales facility! Over 100 gorgeous acres to ride around and a jumping ring, dressage ring and two grass arenas and tons of paddocks! And they are only building more!
I will be accepting more training and sales horses and a limited number of clients with more stalls available.

My gorgeous girl making her debut at the FEI Prix Saint George this weekend at the WEC. At 8 years old she is finally growing up and balancing all 18 hands of her and her long legs. She needs a bit more confidence in the ring and relaxation but was so well behaved and really let me ride her! So proud of my girl!! Thank you to my great clients that were supporting us and Audrie for helping me and making me laugh! Showing is more fun with friends!
