Ran out with the .22 to mara barking at a rattlesnake that she found. Upon inspection I realized that rattler got totally caught up in the fence because it ate something big and and couldn't fit through the fence. Crazy how camouflaged they really are. If they didn't have the stripes on tail you couldn't see them

Ms Mary is finally a mom, she's gone broody so many times and I had put some eggs in the incubator and decided maybe Mary will take them, I put them under her and a day later they started hatching. I love when my hens are mamas. 💕💕
