Greetings to all my dear clients of The Pampered Pooch. Today I would like to talk to you all from the bottom of my heart. I never thought that life would bless me as extraordinarily as it did by opening this door and great responsibility that is The Pampered Pooch. I have been a Groomer for 8 years. Every day I strive to provide you with great service. Filling Nicole's shoes isn't easy. I admire her for such a good legacy and such excellent work for 25 years. Being a groomer is exhausting but do you know why I love it? Because it is worth working with each and everyone of your puppies whom we love as our own and we are happy to see every time they come to visit us. This is what motivates me to go to work every day. I know I'm not the fastest but my team and I try to provide you with the best service as quickly as possible and as safely as possible. I am very responsible and I like to do a good job. Again I apologize for the time it takes to work with each puppy but bear with me and little by little we will get to be faster. I did have my own business back in Puerto Rico with the same responsibilities that I carry out here but not as big as it is at The Pampered Pooch. On the other hand, I want to be completely transparent about a situation that occurred a month ago. A person left a review on Google pointing out that their dog was mistreated at my business. A very serious accusation against me which is absolutely false. This, in addition to disappointing me a lot, makes me sad. But you know what it makes me even more sad? That rumors have reached me from people who believe this horrible smear and I truly have to get this off my chest and ask. Do you think that if Nicole or Blaine had seen that I had abusive attitudes or treatment towards dogs, they would sell me the business? Do you think I would even be a good candidate to sell it to? I worked with Nicole and Blaine for almost a year. They had the time to get to know me and most importantly how I worked with dogs and how I treated each and everyone of them. Nikki cared for each and everyone of you as customers and especially all your dogs. They were responsible on choosing the right person for this business to continue so all the pups could stay in good hands. I have to confess that in my 8 years of experience I have never raised a hand to a dog, much less abused them. I am not making this statement for approval, I am being honest so that you have knowledge and awareness of who I am. I know that the vast majority are still getting to know me and still know the good heart I have but for anyone who has doubts, believe me, things are not what they say. I have a team of 4 people who witness how work is done daily and are fully trained and aware of everything. Because we all work with love for your dogs. Believe me, I tell you with my heart in my hand. Finally, for our safety and yours, we will be installing security cameras in the store so if there is another accusation, we will have conclusive proof that the only thing that happens at The Pampered Pooch is A LOT OF LOVE.💗
