We're the only purple building in town. We groom your dog in a home-style environment. Our doggie waiting room is complete with a leather sofa and cable TV. Of course, we also have comfy blankets and dog beds too. We find the familiar sounds of "home" keep pets calm and at ease. Each groom begins with a walk and play time. When the groom is finished, your fur-kid will find a comfy spot on the couc
h (some nap on the back of the couch) and wait for you to pick them up. We work with your schedule and call you as soon as your pet is ready to go home....sometimes they like to relax, nap or play for a while. If you have errands to run, we are happy to baby-sit for a while. How long does a groom take? Everybody, even fur-kids, have bad days from time to time. We never rush a groom. If your fur-kid is having a good day, the groom goes quickly. If your fur-kid is having a stressful day, we take breaks from the groom and continue when they are ready. We specialize in grooming puppies and older special needs dogs. With our compassionate grooming style we can make grooming a wonderful experience for your pet. We work with only one dog/cat at a time (from start to finish), unless you bring in all your fur-kids at once. No pet is ever "cage dried" or put in a crate unless it is by your request. Our mission is to provide the best quality services and products all while treating your beloved fur-kid with compassion. We will do our utmost to make the grooming experience as stress-free as possible. We pledge to treat you and your pet with respect and dignity. We will maintain a positive approach to handling your pets and never use rough or inappropriate handling techniques. We believe each dog is an individual. Part of our intake process is taking the time to talk to you about your pet. Information you give will help us decide how to approach the grooming process in way to make it enjoyable, safe and easy for your fur-kid. We know your pet is an important member of your family, and we promise to make him or her feel safe and comfortable while in our care. We are more than happy to help you learn how to take care of your pet's coat, nails, teeth or ears between grooms. We are always happy to have you stop by if your pet just needs a nail trim.
