Dilute Genes ~ Silver, Charcoal, Champagne

On our journey with Murphy, we decided to raise Labradors and offer him for breeding purposes.

We found out along the way that he carries the dilute gene. Which means when bred to another dilute/dilute carrier he will have dilute/dilute carrier puppies and pass on the dilute gene to all puppies.

So, I guess Murphy has picked our path. We had his hips and elbow testing done as well as other important genetic testing.

Our 1st female will be a charcoal or silver girl that hasn’t even been bred for yet, but I have researched for a year and found the perfect cross for Murphy. She will have all the health and genetics testing. We will have all colors available. Black, Chocolate, yellow, silver, charcoal and champagne!
