It’s supposed to be a hot one all this week here in southwestern PA. Temps are gonna be in the 90s!! Remember to keep your bunnies cool by providing cold drinking water, keeping constant air movement, frozen water bottles, ceramic tiles, etc. they have fur coats and don’t tolerate the heat well. I think Star is over it already lol

Ventured out of state today to attend the Summit County Night Show in Tallmadge, OH! No big wins but had some good comments with placements in the top 5. Congratulations to Donna Burton and the Manns on their BOB and BOSB wins today! A huge thank you to Amy Good for letting me tag along and see what this show is really all about. This was our last show for the spring show season so next up is Derry Twp Ag Fair July 14-20! Come see us!

Very exciting and rewarding to see this today! I am currently #40 in the country for the sweepstakes and #41 with BTPS1 in the Top Lop with a beautiful buck from Lisa Walton!! Thanks Lisa!! And a huge thank you to all my rabbit people that are like family to me that made this possible! I appreciate all of you! Now I gotta breed some more does and get more of my own on the tables. Congratulations to everyone else on the sweeps and top lop too!

As much as I don’t want to let him go I am offering my boy Bear up for grabs. Mini lops are not longer my focus anymore. He is one of very few mini lops I have left and he killed it on the tables at the county fairs. He was RIS @ DTAF 2021, BIS @ WCF 2021, and BIS @ DTAF in 2022. His sire even had a BIS win at DTAF in 2019. He is older now, about 3 and is not longer in his prime condition. Would be perfect for a youth or a 4H/FFA member looking for a nice show prospect as he’s easy to handle and super sweet. Would make an excellent brood buck for anyone’s herd too. He is not showable in any ARBA shows as he exceeds the max weight limit and is heavy b***d. He won’t be cheap so serious injuries only. Please read my sales policy beforehand. Simple Wishes Hot Tamale, a very solid almost intermediate doe. Her peak is a little off but she’s an excellent little doe. She won her class at the Butler PA show and got herself a leg. She will make a wonderful brood doe for me in the future.

Great day at the Butler County Rabbit Breeders Association spring double show. I placed in the top 5 both shows. My solid junior doe Simple Wishes Hot Tamale won her class and got a leg in Show B and I got one of my boys registered. Congratulations to Destiny, Amy, Donna, and Lisa on your wins today! Very much deserved!

Just watched mama give birth to 4 HUGE babies! You know they are fresh when they are still wet! She was very much rewarded for this. I will be doing a more thorough look at them tomorrow and get some more pictures. I didn’t want to bother with them too much tonight.
