We offer full and partial care!

Full care includes:
Tribute grain 2x a day
1st cutting timothy orchard grass mix 2-3x a day depending on turn out
Stall cleaning 7 days a week
Turn out daily - weather permitting
Blanketing/fly masks etc.

Partial care includes everything listed above other than stall cleaning. We supply the sawdust you will just be responsible to clean your stall 7 days a week.

Amenities include:
•owner lives on site
•a 100x60 indoor arena
•15-20 mins away from lots of beautiful trails
•Security system on the whole property
•2nd cutting round bales in the pasture
•Fully matted stalls
•trailer storage available for a small monthly add on

Facility under new owners with lots of updates being done. Join our family and be apart of the growth of our facility. We are a small family feel run farm. Zero drama.

I’ve wanted these bad boys for so long. I feel like a little kid in a candy store putting these hay huts out in the pasture. 😍 No more will I watch the horses waste so much beautiful hay!

Broke broke broke!
Rocking horse type lope, big stop and turn around.
No spook or buck, very gentle and quiet.

Here’s the kicker - he needs and requires maintenance. He has an old injury in his front left knee and needs injections. I bought him to vet up and add to our lesson string, however I found something more immediately ready so I’m offering this guy up.

If he doesn’t sell I’ll kick him out to a pasture and vet him up and use him another time. But he’s a SWEET boy that deserves love.

Asking what I paid for him just to try to get my money back. ☝🏼,8️⃣00

🌸🌸found her family🌸🌸
Up for consideration Lucy is a 11 year old grade palomino Quarter Horse mare. I have not officially measured her but she’s around 14.1-14.2 hh. However, don’t let her size fool you. She is incredibly athletic and has a big motor. This mare will work and get in the dirt with a big stop on her. Lucy will make someone an exceptional performance horse. I think she will thrive in ranch, barrels, moving cows, even a rope horse if someone would be willing to work with her. Lucy will need an experienced rider and/or further training as she still needs some experience with life. I purchased her as a restart project put a solid 60+ days on her then decided I was going to keep her for myself because she’s so willing and talented. But unfortunately with lack of time and finances she is looking for her next person. She will continue to be worked until moved. W/t/c but needs her canter finished more. Moves off leg pressure and if soft on the face. Stands for the farrier, trailers, baths fine but doesn’t appreciate cold water in her bu******ks (😂😅) we are currently working with clippers but she’s not there yet. She has a cosmetic scar on her back leg, picture included, and has never taken an off step. PPE absolutely welcomed at the cost of the buyer.

Only true vice is when she first came here she was not a fan of being caught in the pasture. If her pasture mates were brought in she would come but wouldn’t be first up. Now that she’s been here since October and has been turned out regularly I can go out and grab her no issue.

At this time I only have a lunging video due to when I went to take videos of her she came in from the pasture with a pretty good gash on her back and I’m not willing to saddle her and make her uncomfortable. As soon as it is healed I will get riding clips.

Bandit is a 12 year old buckskin QH gelding that is the absolute safest thing out there. He is the PERFECT husband horse being he is 16.2 and such a steady eddy. He would also thrive with anyone that just wants some reliable saddle time. He is kid safe but sometimes is intimidating due to his size. Bandit does have high ringbone and is maintained with corrective trims and equioxx. With that being said he is most comfortable at a walk/jog. Also is the absolute best trail horse. He will go out alone or in a group.
