Lets introduce the Roos!

We have 2 roosters on our property. A Olive Egger rooster (who was supposed to be a hen😅) and a Silver Laced Wyandotte! Oliver Egger's name is HeiHei, like the rooster from Moana. The Wyandotte's name is Steven Rinella, after our favorite show! They are just shy of 21 weeks on the 22nd of March. They both have just recently started crowing! They are so handsome!

We got our first eggs today! Our chickens just turned 20 weeks this past Wednesday, and with the warm weather (or this false spring Ohio likes to give us!) our chickens should be laying more and more! These were produced by our Rhode Island Reds! The larger eggs are from a family member who has more mature chickens, Look at that size difference!
