Our Story

Ruby & Jack’s is a pet care facility on the Upper East Side of NYC offering doggy daycare, dog and cat boarding, dog grooming and dog walking.

We take pride in providing highly personal, accommodating service to all of our clients (and their furry family members). At Ruby & Jack’s, we’re dedicated to an uncompromising level of care for dogs and cats, and our staff brings many years of experience in the pet care industry to everything they do. Our team members are consistently conscientious, friendly and knowledgeable.

We maintain an open door policy with our clients--if you’ve been thinking about adding some social time to your dog’s week, or if you need a new place to keep your cat while you’re away, we invite you to drop in for a personal, behind-the-scenes tour of our facility! We’re happy to provide specialized care catered to your pet, and we encourage you to ask questions and give suggestions. Our package options accommodate a variety of schedules and price points, and we’re happy to give you a personalized quote if you don’t see a combination of services that fits your needs.
