We are currently seeking a live-in Trainer (Northern NJ). This position will initially involve assisting with barn duties while transitioning into a full-time teaching role. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in horse training and care, with a focus on preparing students for competitive shows. Responsibilities include providing training to riders of all levels, overseeing daily barn activities, and accompanying students to shows to provide support and guidance. This position offers a unique opportunity for a dedicated individual to immerse themselves in our vibrant equestrian community while living on-site. While temporary barn duties will be required initially, the primary focus of this role is on training and teaching. We have a few stalls available to the select clients! Please join us at our beautiful 75 acre facility, which gives us options for either individual or turn out in pairs.
Our facility includes dutch doors to the outside in every stall! Our indoor is outfitted with GGT footing. We have a generously sized outdoor arena, hacking around the property, as well as fields to ride in.
Our amenities include a beautiful lounge, temperature controlled tack room, 3 grooming stalls, hot water indoor wash stall, & laundry room.
We foster a laid back environment, yet work diligently in becoming both the best riders and horseman/women we can be!

What a great show at CJL this past Saturday!
-Juliet earned double champion on Fussel in mini stirrup.
- Ava on Jersey was champion in hunters.
- Jourdan had 2 beautiful rounds in hunters and brought home 2 second places.
- Hannah won 2 second places and a third in the .95m jumpers
