**The Grooming Team (Anna, Courtney, and Alli) aims to build a positive relationship between the grooming process and your dog. The consultation and first appointment are about building trust between groomer and dog. The long-term and many benefits of having a dog that is comfortable with the grooming process and with the groomer include your first
line of defense in preventative health care and striving to have a happy, healthy dog! We do things different here and pride ourselves on the bond built between us and your dog.

Normally we do a small monthly fundraiser related to many of the amazing animal related programs and charities in Lorain County. But this month we are doing something a little different!
For the month of February, bring any item(s) from the list below to a Saturday walk-in and recieve a free ear cleaning with any nail service.
The items packed are always single-serve and/or cans with pull-top lids. Examples of said food items include: breakfast bars, granola bars, oatmeal, cereal, pudding, cookies, chips, ramen noodles, mac & cheese bowls, Spaghetti O's, and chicken noodle soup. Monetary donations are also welcome, so that the program can buy exactly what is needed.
OUR “WEEKEND FOOD PROGRAM” NEEDS HELP!
GSBC works with the Amherst School District to provide food for over 100 students who need assistance on the weekends. This program is dependent upon donations of food and money to be successful in helping the kids.
With 14 weeks left in the school year, we unfortunately have only enough supplies for the next month. We are looking for additional donations to continue providing for our children. The cost to provide a bag of food for every child amounts to roughly $400 a week.
If you would like to donate and support this program, please send cash or check donations to Good Shepherd Baptist Church, with the memo “Weekend Food Program” or contact us at 440-988-4506 for alternatives.
Main Street Amherst has allowed us to use their venmo for donations, just please put weekend food program/ food pantry as the memo.

Just a sneak peak at Taka's groom!! I remember the first time I ever blew him out. Its been a couple years now but I took my trusty Flying Pig, and brushes and headed over to @dmedvetz7 to meet this Akita. He was stressed out and everyone was worried he would not be nice. Flash forward almost an hour and the entire yard, the neighbor's yard, and fence was completely covered in Taka hair! As a groomer, my favorite, and the most satisfying part of my job is a good deshed. Now I see him in my salon, where he gets a good deshed on the regular!

Hi everyone 👋 meet Maggie!!! 🐾 Maggie, the Great Pyrenees, was a client of Anna's before she joined us at Elite K-911. Due to the year we have had (growth, Covid, etc.), getting Maggie in for her normal grooming was not as easy as usual. When she was finally able to get Maggie in, she knew that her hands were full! 🐩✂️ Maggie needed 2 separate appointments to get back to her normal self and is now ready for a night on the town! 🎉 To book an appointment, or for more grooming information, please call Anna at 440-412-4027!!
