Shipping:
We ship our fishes in US only, no International shipping. We will ship your fish(es) within 24 hours after your payment have been cleared. We ship your fish(es) by USPS Priority 3 business days. Shipping from Monday to Wednesday to avoid your fish(es) deplay in the Post Office over the weekend.
Combine Shipping:
We combine shipping up to 4 fishes in one single box. That means you only pay one shipping fee $15 for 4 fish. Please email us for combine shipping when you buy more than2 fishes. Overnight shipping will be $45
Dead of Arrival (DOA):
We will refund your money excluding shipping fee if you’ve received dead fish(es). Please send us your pictures or video of the dead fish(es) within 2 hours of deliveried.
When you take pictures or video, please do not open the original bag. Leave the dead fish(es) in original box to take pictures or video
ALLSALE ARE FINAL: NO EXCHANGE, NO RETURN
