Yesterday we had a visit from Axl, the band couldn’t come, but he left ready to rock n roll even though he is a senior citizen.

He also wanted me to share an ongoing bugaboo in Norwich grooming. Too many Norwich are starting to look like Westies. Norwich are groomed in a different framing than Westies or Cairns. The area between their ears is mostly flat to follow their neck. The currently popular in some areas of a circular Norwich head Is, in my estimation, inappropriate. Thanks Axl, I’m with you.

Daddy Denis finally had a moment to take care of momma Tess (Ch Littlefield Tesoro Prezioso, CGC, TD). Cleaned her up and here she is all bright eyed and bushy tailed. Her son Fergus (GCHS CH Frabjous Fergus) photobombed picture two.

Walking the crew today can be a genuine challenge. Three of my Norwich are visiting while families travel. Always nice to reunite the dog family. Grandma Tess loves seeing her son and daughter and grandkids

GCHS GCHSOH CH Ji-Ros Hotspur- Call Me Nigel (NIGEL) had a great day today at Montgomery winning Best Dog in the Veterans Sweepstakes at age 11! My beautiful boy has all his teeth and has never had a dental!

Thank you to the Norwich Terrier Club of America for their supported entry and to Montgomery KC for its commitment to terriers. Finally, thanks to NTCA President and Norwich lover, Magda Chiarella as judge.

I groomed a Norfolk today. Set a new record for the”pile.” Finn had a procedure and had to recover so he hadn’t been groomed in quite awhile.

Another day, another dog. This time I orchestrated a Nancy Nosiglia boy called Schubert from a Vivaldi winter to spring transformation. Quite a pile of hair!

Fergus at Orlando 2020

CH Frabjous Fergus by Littlefield (CH Littlefield Tesoro Prezioso, CGC, THD X GCHS CH Miller’s Wonderful Walter of Thistledew). was BOB yesterday and BOB & Group 4 today over 5 specials at Wilmington KC. Thanks to Roxanne and Jessie Sutton and who showed him beautifully and the judges who recognized him Richard Powell and Ann Yuhasz. Here’s a video of Fergus thanks to his sire’s mom Dina.
