It's been awhile since we've posted but only because we had a busy few months! Recently the Chi University was holding classes for their students and invited us to bring in all our lovely dogs to assist with the classes! Dorian, Leto, and Skål all did wonderfully and proved to be amazing examples of just how friendly, calm and outgoing wolfdogs can be when the proper training and care is provided. We want to give a huge thanks to the Chi University allowing us to help out and all the students that got the chance to meet our team. Thank you all so much! We loved being apart of the classes and the dogs loved all the treats and pets they got while there! ❤️🐺

Inari's owner reached out to us to help in finding this baby a new home. She is low content wolfdog produced by Vickie Spencer. Inari is sweet and well mannered but would do best as the only dog in the house. She is good with other dogs but is choosy of her doggy friends. Since she is a low content of a well known bloodline, we will not be requiring prospective owners to have a separate containment but we will still require you to have a secured fenced yard for her. If you are interested in this sweet girl please call or message us and we will set up a meet and greet.

Requirements for adoption
*must live in a wolfdog legal state/county
*must have a proper containment/fence yard
*must abide by any contractual agreements with breeder(Vickie Spencer)

We had a blast with our boy Dorian last night at the downtown square! Dorian did exceptionally well with all the new people he met and handled the loud traffic like a pro. A huge thanks to everyone that stopped to say hello to him as socialization is super important for all our dogs and big part of what we do here at White Raven. It's a great way for people to learn about wolves, wolf dogs and stop the spread of misinformation and break the stigma that most people have about them. If you're ever out and about and see us please don't hesitate to say hello! 🐺❤

Tonight will be a great chance to meet Ambassador Dorian Gray of Guardians Of The Wolves, take some pictures and learn all about wolf dogs and everything we stand for. Ambassador Dorian Gray, went to support VOCAL - Voices of Change Animal League, Ocala fundraiser at WEC. He made new friends with everyone who came in contact with him. We spoke about Guardians Of The Wolves and what they stand for. We were able to answer questions and help people understand the truth about wolves and why we need to conserve this endangered species. 🐺💚

Today we saw a significant victory in the fight to relist wolves when a federal court restored a large part of the Endangered Species Act protections for the gray wolf after being eliminated by the Trump administration in 2020. Through the combined advocacy, legal, and lobbying efforts of many organizations and their respective lawsuits across the country, this decision redesignates the gray wolf as a species threatened with extinction in the lower 48 states except the Northern Rockies - Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming.

"Today is a day to celebrate" according to Betsy Klein, co-founder of Plan B to Save Wolves + Wolf Dogs. "We are so grateful for those who fought so hard in the courts with the various lawsuits and honored to have signed on as amicus. Now we must all turn our efforts and renewed strength in the power of our collective voices to save wolves in the Northern Rockies and other regions where they still need protection."

We want to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving. We hope that everyone had a wonderful day and have a safe and happy black Friday. Something we are very thankful for are our beloved wolfdogs. Besides being so well behaved and more than happy to let us take pictures of them doing silly things, they are our family and theres no way we would rather spend the day than taking them out for the adventures they love so much. We are also thankful for all of our followers and supporters, we're nearing the 500 mark and couldn't be happier with the people we've met along the way. Thank you all so much, between coming to see us when we're out, following our journey through social media or just spreading the word about our business, we appreciate you all. Happy holidays everyone! ❤🐺

We would like to give a huge shout out to our local Tractor Supply for a very generous donation for our animals here at White Raven! To say we are grateful for your thoughtfulness and generosity is an understatement. Thank you guys so much, we love to bring our wolfdogs here and they always enjoy the visit, we'll be sure to stop by again before you know it!

Today we had another great outing with Dorian over at the amazing World Equestrian Center! He went to all the restaurants there and made a bunch of new friends along the way, all the while being a great example of how friendly and polite a wolf dog can be in public, busy places, around horses and even other dogs. He enjoyed pets, a few treats from employees and customers alike all while living up to his name and being a true gentleman. If you were there and took pictures with our very good boy, feel free to post them in the comments or tag us on Instagram . We would like to thank everyone for helping our boy have a good, productive and positive day. We hope to see everyone again soon!

This week on our farm feature Friday is Freya! Freya was found abandoned on the side of the road with her twin brother Thor. When we found her she was covered in fleas and nothing but skin and bones. Now she lives her very best life as a happy, healthy indoor cat. Although it's not always visible Freya's front leg is noticeably shorter than her other legs and she's smaller than most cats her age. Despite all that, nothing stops her from being her happiest. Her favorite activities include napping with her older brothers, running manic around the house happily, and playing with her sushi toys. We love our little girl!

Wolfdog Wednesday 🐺
Every Wednesday we will take one of our wolfdogs out for public meetings. I havent decided where to go to routinely yet. Looking for ideas on places go, drop a comment below if you know a place that would be wolfdog friendly and don't be afraid to come see us while we're out!

Today I took Dorian for a walk in tractor supply and the surrounding plaza. We saw some scary carts but after a good inspection boop they werent so scary anymore.

Thank you Southern Boys Haul-Away for helping us clean up our new property. Highly recommend them for their professionalism and a job well done. We utilized today to desensitize our ambassador in training, Dorian, to power tools and demolition sounds. Even let the team get up close and meet him personally. 🐺💚

This week on our farm feature Friday is our very fat, very happy indoor cat, Orion! Orion enjoys long naps through out the day, surprisingly, belly rubs and all the cuddles he can manage to get if you just so happen to sit down, He wastes no time in running straight for you and can sometimes be very demanding when it comes to pets (but we're always happy to provide plenty 😊) we love our needy boy ❤

We are proud to officially welcome "Dorian Gray", a 5 month old High content into our pack. Dorian is from the NGWP Wolf Ambassadors program and will be used for media work and education here at White Raven. Be sure to stop and say hello if you see him in public.

Our little girl is growing up! Sigrún's Svefnþorn AKA Thorn is a great example of just how much a wolf dogs coat can change colors! In the pictures you can see how much she lightened out from her dark puppy coat and just how big she's getting. She's turning out to be a beautiful girl and she's not even done growing yet. Stay tuned for more updates as our facility grows and our projects fall into place! We would like to thank everyone again for sticking with us through our move and helping to spread the word of our new business, we appreciate all of you! 🐺

A day late but who minds with a face like that! This week on our farm feature Friday is Diesel, our little rescue farm dog mix. We aren't sure on his exact breed but we love him anyway and he helps to protect our farm and animals while we're away. His favorite things are getting all the pets and ear rubs, playing with his favorite tug rope/tire toy and cuddling with our goat and barn cat. He's the sweetest boy and does his job so well!

This Friday for our farm feature Friday we have Sol, our two year old high yellow sun conure! His sass is never ending, from grumbling about neck scratches to singing to his pineapple hut 🍍, he's always got something to say. He loves neck scratches and hanging upside-down while also scaring us because he likes to show off that he can do this using only one foot 😅 Sol is a very sweet boy and always loves a good cuddle.

Every other Friday we'll post pictures and descriptions of all our other animals. Special thanks to everyone that has stayed here with us through our move and now our renovations while we get things moving at our new place!

Sounds like a great idea!! WEC is a great place to desensitize your pups. There is always so much going on over there. If you havent been there you should check it out.

Procyon Training World Equestrian Center - Ocala

Another 6 week group class is starting on Sunday, August 15th at 2pm. Classes will be held at the World Equestrian Center in Ocala. These classes are 1 hour long & will teach you, the Pet parent, how to teach your dog new skills.

Beginner class skills includes:
Engagement, Look, Sit, Stay, Down, Leave It, Take It, Give, Drop, Touch (Come), 8 Games to Not Pull on Leash, No jumping, No Biting, No Begging, No Snatching, and 3 Life Saving Cues

Classes are only $120 for all six weeks so request class forms to sign up as spots are limited & quickly fill up.

Our lead trainer is nationally & internationally certified through the Internatioanl Association of Animal Behavior Consultants, Certified Professional Dog Trainers - KA, Certified Trick Dog Instructor, is an American Kennel Club Canine Good Citizen Evaluator, & a part of the Association of Professional Dog Trainers. Our team is able to teach the whole family. All breeds are welcome to join.

Also, hang around the facility afterwards to enjoy delicious food, entertainment, & a beautiful venue.
