Animal Care Services is a division of the Yuba County Sheriff’s Department. ACS provides service for the unincorporated areas of Yuba County, Ca.

Animal Care Services provides service for the unincorporated areas of Yuba County. Animal Care Services does not provide field services to the City of Wheatland, City of Marysville, or Beale Air Force Base; however it does provide licensing services for the City of Wheatland ONLY. Our normal business hours are Mon-Fri 8:30am-3:30pm and Sat 10am-2pm. Phone hours 530-741-6478 Monday-Friday 8am-5pm,

Saturday 10am-2pm. After hours please call Yuba County Sheriff Dispatch at 530-749-7777. The shelter is CLOSED on holidays.
